Lilly Pulitzer

I buy from this store, but unlike most stores in Southpark when I walk in I never get greeted nor do they ask if I need help, sometimes they are to busy talking to each other or have their back turned, don't even notice who is in the store.

If I get could give this place a zero I would. Very rude associates and raciest associates. Me and my mother walked in, never once did the associates greet us or ask us if we needed help in anything. As soon as a family of caucasians walked in they were immediately greeted and assisted. This all happened 8/07/2023. Very unprofessional, also one of the associates was trying on clothes during her shift instead of working. Very unprofessional and low maintenanced workers.

Went in to return a gift i got for my graduation, the lady was very nice but not very insightful. Asked if it was a gift to me and i said yes. then said let me go process it in the back. Came back 5-10 minutes later and said she returned the money on to the card that paid for it. if it was a gift why would i want to return it to the card that paid for it? Ask me what i would like to do with the money before you process it. now the person knows i returned my gift and i had to lie that i just wanted to switch the pattern to not make her feel bad that i didn’t like the gift. Instead of getting back the money and being able to exchange for anything else. Asked the worker if i could undo it and just keep it because that would be better than the embarrassment!! but i couldn’t even do it. it’s a policy that she couldn’t undo!!

Update: Kate, the store manager, went above and beyond to rectify the below situation. I really appreciate her level of customer service, professionalism and care! She has restored my faith in the Southpark store : I visited this store on Christmas Eve. 3 girls were working and not one spoke to me or asked if I needed help. My daughter, who was excited about Christmas, was skipping back to the fitting rooms to bring me an alternate size in a dress SINCE NO ONE WOULD HELP ME and got called down by Mikayla who was working behind the register. She told her she needed to slow down…and she didn’t say it politely. That was the only time anyone even acknowledged our presence. I ended up buying $500 worth of merchandise…only because we are going on a trip and I didn’t have a choice. When I went to check out, sweet Mikayla jerked my dresses across the counter and my wallet went flying to the ground and everything spilled out. She didn’t apologize or try to help me pick everything up. I will never patronize this location again. Rude. I can’t even believe I spent my hard earned money here.

Beautiful store but very pricey.

This store has great customer service! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Its probably pretty bad when the staff recognizes you from behind the Counter, . But I love it! They go out of their way to make sure you have a great shopping experience! They have the Best selection to choose from at this store. I Highly recommend shopping at Lilly Pulitzer SouthPark. You want be disappointment
