We made a trip down to get a dress for my daughter's Induction into Bluebonnett Drama Club last year on a recommendation. They had a great selection and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came down again this year for another dress. And just like first time, staff was attentive and showed my daughter various dresses and offered a few suggestions. We decided on a dress, went and found shoes, and brought back to discuss alterations. Seamstress was beyond amazing. She made a suggestion that is going to completely change look of dress and my daughter was very excited about changes. We will be back for homecoming dress on near future!
I was a size 18 when i bought my dress here this past 2018. Everyone at the wedding referred to be as the girl in the beautiful dress : i am beautiful, but the dress just really stunned. They worked really hard and fast to make the adjustments necessary to fit my body perfectly. I didn’t feel any shaming. I do remember them pointing me out in the right direction for my size, I thanked them and proceeded to look at all the dresses bc well it is fun to look at beautiful things. They didnt say anything else on the topic. I had great customer service as they really helped my mom and I try on dresses in a timely manner. I have also been stuck on a size, but i think we all need to let go of our attachment to a particular number. Don’t read too much into things. : good luck!
We took a road trip from Corpus looking for the perfect prom dress. After seeing beautiful pictures on the internet, Lilly's was our first stop. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and welcomed. What a BEAUTIFUL assortment of dresses! Couldn't believe the first dress we tried would be " The One!" The in-house seamstress is definitely a plus. My daughter is 4'10, and has never worn a gown. Watching my daughter's face light up as she saw herself in her dream gown is something I'll always cherish. She will rock "The Great Gatsby" theme! Thanks so much guys! We are spreading the word
Beautiful selection of dresses. The seamstress and staff are very friendly. i recently purchased a Jovani design black and red flowers dress from this boutique that was a great hit at her event. thank you Lilly's boutique for taking care of us!!!
If I could rate this "boutique" a zero I most definitely would. I'm not one to place negative reviews especially since I always try to find the good in the bad but my experience there was just unnecessary and 100% negative. I have two weddings coming up, I went in looking and I had nothing in mind since I wanted to be open for new ideas. As I walked in there was a man standing there, he asked us if we needed help and I told him "at the moment we don't we're just looking". Later on when we were done looking at all the dresses I went up to him and asked him if he had magazines where I could look at more option. He said "I do but I need to know what you're looking for, and the price range because I have many magazines and I can't help you unless you tell me what you're looking for." At that point I told him "I don't have anything in mind but I do know that I want a long dress" meaning I wanted it to be longer than usual, for it to drag while I walked . He looked at me like if I was stupid, kind of made a laughing face and said "they're all long". After his rude remark he then said "what is your price range" and I answered "$200". He immediately said "Oh, I can't help you, all my magazines have dresses above $250. For the price of $200 go to downtown because you wont find a boutique that sells dresses for that price range." I thought it was the most rude comment ever. Especially since I said $200 because when I looked through his dresses they would all range from $160-290. I just quietly stood there humiliated next to my fiancés mother who also had a shock face and told him "okay thank you" and left. Now some of you all might be thinking, why didn't I reply to his rude comments; I was with my fiancés mom who also needed a dress and I didn't want to put her in an uncomfortable situation. To top it off the boutique was the size of my room. LITERALLY. So I don't mean to be rude but WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Also I went to other boutiques and they're dresses were amazing and the customer service was stunning.
very rude, in no way did I feel welcomed, I wanted to try on a dress when it was clearly my size after I had tried on other dresses MY size and the lady told me it wasn't going to fit me and If I did try it on, it wouldn't look good. walked out and went to another place, not spending a single dime here EVER, its true they body shame and make you feel insecure.
My experience was not the best, girl was rude was trying to talk me out of trying on a dress because "it wasnt gonna fit" just by judging me by looks! She wasnt very helpful but she was very judgemental guiding us straight to the biggest sized area and nothing less.
I am forever grateful for Lilly's boutique,amazing customer service and the best seamstress ever!!! I will definitely be going back to Lilly's
A really nice boutique. Formal ,black tie events gowns ,dresses. You can purchase some of thee most beautiful gowns in the valley .Alteration services are available.
Amazing dresses and customer service. I went looking for a dress for my sister's quince and was treated with friendliness,patience, and eagerness to help.
