Some of the team is very welcoming. Others like the valet are arrogant and rude. The restaurant has beautiful views but the food is not five star quality and definitely not for the price of about €100 per person at lunch many other five star hotels in the same price range That have better quality and much better serviceService: 1/5
This review is for Vista restaurant . Beautiful restaurant and setting but service is not near for the price you pay. We had our booking but receptionist could not find it and kept us 10 min at arrival saying we did not have booking when we clearly did. After finding our booking we sat for 15 min waiting for some service and menus. Had to ask 2 different staff members to bring us menus. Eventually we were given some attention. The food was not something extraordinary and needless to say it was the most expensive glass of house champagne I ever paid for 32 Euros per glass. My friend had to wait for 20 min for a second glass of wine. Clearly there must be some staff training done in this place .
Absolutely awe-inspiring and breathtaking, this is hands down the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! The meticulous attention to every detail makes you feel like you've stepped into a movie, enveloped by an atmosphere of serenity and indulgence. The hotel offers not only mouthwatering dinners but also the most spectacular sunsets you could ever imagine. Coupled with the mesmerizing sea view, the exquisite interior design, the luxurious spa, and the tranquil ambiance, this hotel creates an overwhelmingly delightful experience. I am beyond excited and eager to return for another unforgettable stay!
We stopped in for a quick bite to eat as it was recommended by one of the wineries. Glad we did! A little on the pricier side of things but the setting is amazing and the staff are incredibly attentive. Truly a 5 star experience! Service: 5/5
We had lunch at Vista restaurant and truly enjoyed the quality of food and location. We had a marvelous time. Great cocktails, great food, great service and a wonderful view.Hotel highlightsLuxury, Great view
Super nice location and view. The facilities are top notch but all the services, such as ironing, are charged extra. Staff was friendly but at times, the humor was a bit unpleasant. Big thumbs up for the restaurant and especially for the super nice and professional sommelier
My family and me had a great experience there. It was a pleasure to meet places such as this. An inspiration. Congrats to the owners and Stark. Service: 5/5
One of the most beautiful hotels. Perfectly nestled among the trees along the coast. So relaxing and serene.Service: 5/5
The best view for sunset ! Never the less the cocktail Moscow Mule is far from being up to 5 stars…Location: 5/5
The service was a little bit slow and we had to wait a long time for our orders to be taken but to begin with but the food is amazing food and the cocktails are fabulousService: 4/5
