The service was great, but the food is not good. Not authentic Mexican food at all. My agua de tamarindo was not made with real tamarindo… it was from the powder packet. If your mom knows how to cook real Mexican food then stay away from this place. It’s more of a Tex-mex food. My chilaquiles were made with packaged chips. Nothing disappoints me more than spending $ on gross food. Save your money for somewhere else.
Been here a handful of times now. On my most recent trip I ordered the half-order shredded beef quesadilla. It was delicious! Would order again, maybe even the full order!
The Real Deal Authentic Authentic Mexican food. Great Table service. Speedy Service. Be ready to wait a little bit. Reason been especially in the morning call on orders. Ya'll won't be disappointed for waiting. Fresh Salas , Home tasting meals Breakfast or Lunch. Portions are very good Ya'll won't be hungry. Definitely on our list to be Returning to. Thanks
This is a solid spot. If you're in downtown Fresno and looking for some good Mexican food, you can't go wrong with Lily's. Large portions of food too.Food: 5/5
The food is delicious but they put a spice on the tortilla chips they bring to the table and it was odd. I got the street tacos and they were delicious but they put a little to much sauce on them and it was hot instead of medium or mild. They are so attentive and made sure my drink was refilled. The restaurant is a quaint Mexican restaurant and there were lots of different sized tables Parking: The parking is across the street and it was a pay parking except for when I went which was on a Sunday.
Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Very clean restaurant in downtown Fresno. Everything that I have eaten there has been great. Had the menudo today, great portion great taste. Try Lilly's Cafe downtown you will not be disappointed.Food: 5/5
Lily's cafe is a fantastic Mexican restaurant. The food is always amazing and delicious. Nothing beats it. Every time I'm here I find something else to enjoy but I'm always going to be partial to the Chimichanga. What impressed me the most is even during lunch with a packed room the staff does great at making sure you have what you need. A regular stop for me and my friends. Not to mention the chips and salsa, delicious.
