My parents have lived here for years. It was great when Heidi ran the place. She did her job diligently and was fair to everyone. The new lady I believe her name is Christina, is letting the place go to hell. There are many people living there now that are clearly not 55+, and the overall appearance of the property has taken a dramatic turn for the worst. Grass way too tall, mobile homes covered in green mold and pollen, trash not picked up promptly, the asphalt leading into the trailer park has potholes like crazy. Yet the cost of lot rent has been increased..
We have a trailer here and love it in this place. It is family run and you feel it. The people are friendly who live here as well as those who run it. If you have the chance to buy in the park or rent you should absolutely consider it- the owner is a 'salt of the earth' kind of guy and it comes thru to all the people who live there.
Rude people who watch your every move steal from you and lie on you to cause a problem
Recently bought a home here from our parents. The staff is beyond compare!! Our renters love it here and can’t wait to get back this winter. They love our fellow neighbors.
Absolutely amazing service the two gentlemen who changed the tires on my truck were fast courteous and professional highly recommend going there I can't see myself buying tires anywhere else in the future
Visited a friend there. Don't think I would like to live there. Many of the mobile homes are in disrepair but many are nice. Cheap lot rent and lots of shade trees, though
I have been living this park since 2009 and has been a wonderful experience
Its 55 and older so very peacefull now. In another month when snowbirds head back it might start popping off.
