all this courthouse does is pass blame onto someone else. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of getting a traffic infraction in 2016 in this county. drove eight hours back for court, then appealed it to superior court, drove the eight house back down to have the court closed for a dusting of snow. went the next day to be told "the judge cant make it out of his driveway" over a dusting of snow. its good to know the old south is still living in the days of the confederacy with mike miller as their president.
There is no snack bar at 5his court.. Mattlock would be hard pressed to get a hotdog is all I'm saying
I am very happy with the service from the clerk of court in the Civil Area. They are very helpful. Especially Sissy and Donna - They deserve a raise. They are great. I wish all the clerks of court were that way. Maybe they should make them the trainers for the staff.
When I have to visit this courthouse Upon happening to go to the bathroom It was ridiculous to say the least. Always pray if you have to this courthouse they have built A new one.. There's not nothing much to say about the staf.
We've had so many court dates canceled or changed by the court so many times, and each time this happenes they refuse to give anyone a call to make you aware that you are or are not supposed to be there, and they just seem super disorganized overall, which could mean people could end up in jail for missed couet date. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a court house. They really need to get it together.
I came in there to get information about the estate of my mother who recently passed. The clerks were extremely rude and even hateful towards me. If you can avoid going here do so. They will not help you and will just be condescending. Get a lawyer before hand and save yourself the time, money and heartache.
The Estate office is staffed with rude, cold, hateful employees. If I was asked about an attorney one time, I was asked 10 times. I felt threatened. I felt demeaned. All I walked away with was hurt and no documentation that I needed. I was spoken to and treated as if I was trying to commit a criminal act rather than just file a loved one's estate. What a horrible experience.
Wish I had taken photos. I know parking is a challenge. But we always find a space. This place is like stepping back in time. The hardwood floors are probably the original flooring. A special thanks to the Clerk of Court and the staff who is always helpful. We did not have to go to court. We just needed copies of documents.
Staff doesn’t care about you being there, you could be going there for non criminal affairs and still be treated like you’ve done something wrong. Everyone speaks to you like a gruff robot with no feeling except disgust.
The people working in the eatate department are some of the rudest people we have ever dealt with! The way they speak to people is so condescending and nasty! You would think they would be a little more compassionate since they are serving people that have recently lost loved ones. Sad world we live in that you lose a loved and are treated in such a disrespectful manner.
