This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Angela the front office manager i consider her like family. She cares SO MUCH for her tenants and making sure we are taken care of. If you’re looking for a gorgeous apartment with an amazing community, look no further. Between angela and the maintenance staff, any request immediately gets taken care of and you don’t have to beg for things to be taken care of. Thank you all for all of your hard work for our community at Lincoln park
It's my third day here at Lincoln Park and I must say, I'm impressed! There were a few miscommunications upon move in but Angela has been the sweetest and most accommodating manager I've worked with. She's made everything right and done what she could to help me and I really appreciate her. My first morning I got up to walk my dog at about 8:15 am. The office doesn't even open until 8:30 and Trent, the porter, was already downstairs tending to the grounds. He helped with a giant wasp nest too which I sincerely appreciate as I'm allergic. Richard has helped so much with getting everything in working order. He has been so helpful with a smile and so polite and I appreciate how detailed they are. I appreciate the integrity of this team and look forward to living here. Thank you again Angela, Richard and Trent!
This is a great place to live! My pets and I love living here. Angela is a wonderful Community manager.
This property is falling down. The manager is a total salesman. The issues I encountered at Lincoln Park were Many! Neighbors pets using the balcony for potty. I was peed on from above by the dog. The apartment let me out of their lease with zero refunds. I only lived there four months! The elevator door shuts four times before it moves. This happened on a regular basis. There is water dripping everywhere in the building. Concrete crumbles everywhere including stair steps that are broken. Awful experience and was treated very unprofessionally.
I first would like to point out the integrity of the new management, Angela, who has shocked me with the level of concern addressing issue at hand. We must understand, the concerns we face are new to the new management. With that said, yes, things are in need of great attention: like the pool, a/c units, the grounds in area, the steps, the building shifting, and those with water concerns but to point to the new person isn't completely fair mainly when she is approachable and work diligently with qhat she has and the level of her power. Personally, I have issues being new in a apt that appears pic perfect but that's just it, we have to allow them to thrive to perfecting what our issue are meanwhile, let understand things are new to them as we bring them forth and maybe some things are not. I believe we all deserve the chance to fix, prove, and undo to right; and time and kindness allows that. Angela, is on top of things with the biggest smile, with her team backing her. So, let's just allow them kindness as what is given to us while they address our concerns. Nasty, doesn't get us heard. Yes, we deserve a level of quality as tenants, but mostly we all deserve that level of respect as people. I can say, every complaint to concern I've presented to Angela, she told me she will, and she has. Time, yes, but done nonetheless. But I approach with the level of respect I demand for myself. So, thumbs up Angela. The ants are gone. Mind you, the unhappiness and bites from the ants were happening before the new management. I didn't have to beg Angela to rud of them, nor did I attack her in the situation. The previous management, I begged and begged them to attend to the ants. Again, bits in places no women should have to express, but I did and was ignored. I went to address the issue once more before going further, to my surprise, there was someone new, who I thought to myself, here we go. She shocked me, because I told her once; and she took it from their. There wasn't a, " prove it to me"- the comment forever burned in my mind, as Lisa stated when I begged to address the situation. What was i to do, pull out my private area? rhetorical Like, what an insult to me as a women, a paying tenant and as a person. So, thank you Angela, for address my concer as a person to another PERSON..... Angela ***** five stars, the property on the other hand does need help and maybe she is just what is needed, someone to care. Signing off
I have lived here 9 years. The location is perfect and the complex is quiet. In 9 years I've never had any negative experiences. The office management and maintenance staff are great. I've never seen a bug!! The covered parking is an added plus. My personal favorite is their door-to-door trash pick-up twice a week. Very nice place to live.
Really nice apartments and the pool/hot tub was awesome too. It was cool living across from blue rose too. I did not have any issues with tenants and it has gated parking. The reason for the two star review is that my apartment was infested with brown recluse spiders. I grew up in the sticks and I know what they look like and how to identify them. They sprayed multiple times and could not treat them. The exterminator told me there is no way to prevent them the spray only kills whats in the home at them moment. The office knew about the problem but there was no real remedy. I moved out after 8 months on a one year lease and told them I wasn't paying any additional fees because of the infestation and their inability to treat it. My son was 1 month old at them time and certainly did not want him getting bit. The office was surprisingly understanding and didn't charge us. So that was nice of them...
We saw the place visiting the park across the street. These apartments are gorgeous! I'm assuming they are out of ours and most people'sprice range. But I would LOVE to live here.
Lisa, the property manager, is the best in the business. Any concern which have been almost non existant have been address and we always get a progress report. This is truly worry-free living.
Awesome complex nd pool nd hot tub!!!!!
