Recently moved to the Lincoln RV Park for a 5-6 month stay. The rates are very competitive and include full hookups. It's an older park but most important it's a quiet one without noisy neighbors and barking dogs. The manager, Roy, runs a tight ship shall we say but I am sure that contributes to the peacefulness of the park. Most of the residents appear to be full time or long term but there are open spaces for shorter term stays. There is a very clean unheated pool, locked washrooms/showers, a well maintained laundry room with coin operated machines and a front desk for mail pick up and drop off. Overall we are very satisfied with our decision to stay at the Lincoln RV Park
Haven't lived there, just checked it out. The lady who runs the office is friendly and up-front. Reasonably clean. You get one car along with your spot amd laundry services are on site. Pros: Very reasonable rate, a lot cheaper than RV parks near Disneyland. The monthly rent includes water and electric! They allow small dogs that don't howl. Some availability for class A motorhomes. No limits on stays. Cons: Second car is $50 monthly and they don't recommend you park on the street. The neighborhood is not family-friendly. One month security deposit refuned on departure. Anaheim charges a 15% tax for the first month on long-term stays. Would be great for a place to crash for a period of time, especially if you just need a reasonable place to sleep.
had a very bad experience at this particular park. owner was a jerk and has no respect for anyone, yes he allows dogs, but can't stand them in all reality. owner was extremely rude to friends that came to visit and DOES NOT ALLOW residents or visitors to speak with other residents or other visitors. True, the facilities are in excellent condition, but overall, it is not worth the lower price to stay here. id rather pay 1200 a month than to deal with the owner.
You know it would help if you people had a phone number.
