The only place I go to do my laundry. The staff keeps it clean which is not easy considering how busy it gets here. They recently began updating their credit/debit card terminals which shows the ownership cares about the store. A lot of multi-load machines makes getting your laundry done quickly and efficiently.
Nice but the white clothes is a not. And sometimes they just don't take your clothes even you go in schedule I mean is your right but why you have an schedule I lost time going there for nothing...
Nice laundromat, they have huge dryers. However, if you are just trying to do just one load of laundry, this is probably not the best choice, as all of their machines are big.
Best laundromat in Worcester!!! Well maintained and very clean. Lots of washers and dryers available, all the equipment is coin or card operated. Wash and fold services available. This was my first visit and will definitely be coming back.
Racist against black propel the lady was aggressive with me had to call the cops she wouldn’t allow me to wash my clothes because I did not wash them how she wanted me to wash them I am contacting bbb and the news channel said have never dealt with such racism do not spend your hard earned money
Wash/dry/fold hours are NOT the same as the laundromat hours; would have appreciated if they were posted on here. Decided to treat myself and arrived before work only to find they didn’t open until at least 2 hours after the laundromat opens.
Very friendly owners and staff and helpful. Prices are fair! Updated equipment! And they do $10 per pound drop off for wash,dry, and fold. Great extra!!..definitely recommend this establishment!

The girl who works there went Above and Beyond to make sure my last-minute need was fulfilled. She is great at what she does and has an incredibly awesome personality!! She is the reason I bring my laundry here for the wash, dry, and fold service.
Always clean facilities and friendly staff. Only thing that bugs me is there is no TV or anything to try and kill time. Also wish people would control their kids while they are there, most of them are to busy talking on the phone to watch their children but thats not Eco Laundry's fault.
