Great learning environment. The school equipped me with all the ppe i needed to attend. Mr.c the welding teacher , knows exactly what he's doing . They make sure they teach you what you need to know in a way that is understandable. Totally recommend attending this school if you’re into welding or diesel.
After seeing the stress and aggravation that my child has experienced as a student of Lincoln Tech, I would strongly urge you to look for another school. The instructor he has is phenomenal, the counsellor who enrolled him, was great. But, the administrative staff president, supervisors, financial aid, etc. simply do not care or have the interest of the students success as a priority. During the time with your counsellor and during orientation you are promised everything. Within 2 months of class starting the students are given a survey - of course they're going to give rave reviews, because everything is there .. as the course continues things start slacking off. They start the course with drive and ambition of meeting their dreams - Unfortunately, that drive that they have when they first start completely disappears as the course continues. Less than two months remaining and my son just doesn't care anymore. $30,000 to attend and you are NOT given all the proper tools, never enough, so you have to order your own supplies. Why???? The students find that they do not have all the proper tools to work with because the supervisor either didn't check inventory, didn't care to order, or simply does not know how to do their job. The instructors want the students to succeed, especially when they see how driven they are, and they themselves help the students as much as possible. I applaud the instructors, especially Mr. T - he's very encouraging and supportive.
I am Angel Bueno I am studying Diesel truck Mechanic and Tegnology, the theory that helps me to improve my knowledge and apply at moment to get under a truck. In all the time I've been here I'm doing well I'm learning a lot.
I personally love this school, the staff is all very helpful, and they make everyone feel safe. I personally feel, that the instructors and office staff go above and beyond to help students.. They can also serve as personal counselors when and if you need help.. Any question I ask there is always an answer.. We as students learn that NOT everything is handed to us, we need to search for the answers in our portal..
I'm new to the program, so far I've only had an issue with financial aid but that was taken care of by Frances, the financial aid director Reach out to her if you have any questions about your tuition or FAFSA Besides that, the school has really taught me a lot in the month I've been here. If you are interested in welding and don't know where to start this is a good option to consider.
Don't waste your money or time coming here. The school cares more about money then their students and will say on orientation that they will give you all the tools and supplies you need and make it hard for you to fail. Only to give you the wrong supplies later and take away equipment because they don't want to spend money to replace it when it breaks. They want to teach the welders how to do certain certification tests yet they won't give you the correct wire wire size to practice for that certification test. Schools a joke save your money
Only a month in Welding Technology and the instructors and staff at Lincoln Tech go above and beyond. They give you all the tools for success, literally. Attentive support, fun, and educational. Looking forward to an eventful and rewarding year with a great crew.
Lincoln tech's instructors are always fully engaged with their classes and want the best for their students. They are always monitoring our work in the shop and giving us their professional thoughts and opinions. All in all Lincoln Tech is a great school.
Very happy to be enrolled here. Always excited to come to class. The instructors are awesome shoutout Mr C and Mr G, my GOATs and are willing to help with anything you need. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Courses are well managed, instructors are very helpful, all of the staff want to see you succeed and they will push you to do so. This institute deserves five stars, my experience was great.
