Traded my old truck in for one on their lot, they made it a fast and easy process and got me into the truck that day, have never had any issues and have always had great customer service, highly recommend!

Do not recommend!!!! Traded in my hellcat and they took almost a month to pay it off! 1 week into owning the truck I traded for got a terrible smell. Come to find out they sold me a truck w a bad head gasket, ball joints; brakes, and a cv axel. 5800 later it’s all fixed. Lincolnway auto sales was not here to help with anything!!

My grandfather Al Hack purchased a 2008 Chevy Express Van from Brad at Lincolnway and received excellent service. We live in California and were able to complete the buying process even from a long distance. Brad had the van fully serviced to ensure we would have no problems on our drive back to California. When we flew to Indiana Brad greeted us at the airport and took us back to the dealership to complete the transaction. Within 20 minutes our transaction was completed and we were ready to hit the road. Our drive home was flawless with no problems at all. Great place with great service. I had my brake caliper bolt break on my way to work causing my tire to lock up. Luckily I was able to park it in there lot and get a ride to work. After work I stopped to see what was wrong with my car and asked if I could keep it there till I could get my tool set. They were kind enough to not only let me keep it there but also fixed it free of charge. All I had to do was buy a new bolt for $5.95. Highly recommend them

I purchased an 08 Alfa H3 last week. I flew in from out of state to pick up the vehicle. The Hummer was exactly as advertised. Got a great price with a full tank of gas. They even helped me return my rental car and called to see if I made the trip back home. A 900 mile trip

The guys did a great job on fixing the damage on my truck and switching out the lift kit but could work on communicating with the customer better

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and they were happy to help me troubleshoot the issues that I had with the front end of my f250, they earned a return customer!!!
