All of the staff was very welcoming, professional, and informative. Not only was their dental care exceptional, but they really explained what they saw and why they recommended the particular courses of action to address it. Highly recommend!
I've been to many dentists too many and I must say that my experience with Dr. Linda Jones-Lapier's placement of implant abutment and crown was that of par excellence! Her office is immaculate, her staff friendly and competent and, most importantly, her dental skills and knowledge superb. Plus she has a witty and clever sense of humor, which is another of her many attributes.
Haven’t met a dentist like her before. She is kind, gives great tips and you can tell she really cares. I am an adult that’s always been slightly afraid of the dentist but Dr. Jones Laper is unique and I’ve been going to her for 2 years now. She also does a very good job of keeping up with her appointment times so there’s no long wait at the office and her staff is efficient and kind
My experience at this Dentist Office is awesome. The customer service is excellent. Every Staff member is polite, courteous, and treats individuals with respect. The office is always clean. You are escorted to the exam room within 5-10 minutes of your arrival. Dr. Linda Jones-Laper is an outstanding professional. She is very knowledgeable. Takes her time with treatment, explains & provides teaching information regarding your situation. Dr. Jones-Laper remains current on medical information that she eagerly shares. I am 50 years old plus. This is my first time having a genuine Dentist that cares about her patients and staff. She is very friendly. I do recommend other to this office.
When I showed up for my appointment last month, I was told I wasn’t on the books for that day. I was confused and the entire office was as well lol. They told me to hang tight and they would figure something out. I was panicking as I really needed to be seen and had already waited a couple weeks for this appointment. 10 minutes later, I get called back to be seen and an hour later i was out! Seriously, the entire visit was just amazing. the staff here is extraordinary! they truly care. I usually have anxiety about the dentist but they assured me there’s nothing to be worried about and made me feel so comfortable. I have to go back in a couple weeks for some fillings and I am not even worried. I am so thankful for this entire office!!!!
I can't stand going to the dentist! Rescheduled and missed appointments are the norm for me. Lol. But yesterday I had an appointment for a cleaning and made it in. Linda and her staff has always been pleasant and informative. I don't like folk digging and prying in my mouth with anything let alone sharp objects. Until I met, SARA! Sara made my session so easy it was AMAZING! We joked, we laughed, I had questions and she had answers! I have never in my life enjoyed going to the dentist as much as I did yesterday! BUT! I have more work to be done and as, Linda said, "Your next visit may not go as well!" Ohhh BOY! So I'm preparing myself y'all! Wish me LUCK! Would I recommend, Linda and her staff? ABSOLUTELY!!!
Dr. Jones is a wonderful professional and knowledgeable dentist as well as a very caring person. She keeps her knowledge updated with the latest in technology and procedures in the field of dentistry and I love that. I’ve been trusting her for years as my dentist and totally recommend her. Sophie H
Dr. Jones-Laper has been my dentist for several years. I've never had such a compassionate and knowledgeable provider. If I'm in pain or it's an emergency, she and her staff manage to examine and treat me as soon as possible. I have complete confidence in her and her staff and look forward to using her practice for years to come.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Linda’s for over 25 years! Had a change of insurance and wound up having to try another dentist. I couldn’t wait to get back to Dr. Linda for gentle, caring and professional care. Everyone in this practice cares and treats patients with respect and kindness.
