At IYT, we are a yoga studio that specializes in chronic pain and stress management.
We have a successful 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training.
Our community of students vary in size, shape, age and experience levels - we love them all!
We offer teachings on the wonderful benefits of yoga to people of all shapes, sizes, age and activity levels, in both private and group settings. We offer mat and aerial/swing yoga. Yoga is a path to inner peace, self-confidence and acceptance of the body that we live in today. Yoga helps tone the muscles and the mind.
