I called to inquire about car insurance with this company a couple weeks ago. The gentleman who answered was amazing. Very friendly and great customer service. I was told I would receive a call back being the gal who does the quote was starting her computer and would call me back in a few...... I'm still waiting on a call...... Maybe her computer crashed
