The pricing isn't student friendly and may cost more than tuition. Price gouging 101. $100 for a polo. $89 for a hoodie. It's not because of going div one in NCAA. I went to a Mizzou game and their pricing was competitive, if not better. Someone needs to take the initiative and start over from scratch.

Excellent place for books and Lindenwood clothing and other things. Absolutely excellent customer service. The best book store.

Staff was kind, prices are high, inventory levels were good. Shopped for spirit wear, not books, so can't speak to the bookstore portion of it. Found something for everyone in our family and they even had decent inventory on mark downs.

I came in here literally 5 days ago asking if there is ever a sale on spirit wear, sweaters, hoodies, etc. The girl in the store told me never on clothing. Because of that, I spent $130 on 2 pullovers. Now 5days later I get an email that all spirit wear/ clothing is on sale at 10% off. The inconsistency of the information given here is beyond me, but I guess it’s fine as long as they can give me any old excuse to get me out of their faces.

Although pricing of books are not that bad it seems to be a disconnect between the bookstore staff and the students. I have Experienced a few issues such Staff know nothing about financial aid or the vouchers, hours of operation change often with NO notice, Staff is not friendly, and they never handle complaints they direct you to send an email to the boss who NEVER returns the email. For me the hardest part about the semester starting is having to deal with purchasing books and asking questions to the bookstore staff that SHOULD NEVER BE THE HARD PART

Order text books on line with extreme caution. They use the old bait and switch tactic on you to get your business. It is in the fine print they do this so they can get away with it. I ordered my book about 3 weeks before the class began. I selected to rent a used copy but then a week before the class began I was charged 73% more for the rent new copy option. They got my business by advertising a cheaper option than the competition, then ended up being more expensive than some after pulling the rug out from under me. It's too close to the beginning of the class to cancel my order so they win this time. It is however the last book I'll be buying from here.

Okay, so they have a price matching system that makes absolutely not sense. You can price match books from Amazon really the only place they do price matching from BUT the book cannot come from the Amazon warehouse? Huh...The reason is because they do not know what kind of content is being sent, If I'm ordering a text book hopefully a text book right?

The location is convenient and the workers are helpful, but much of the product sold is incredibly expensive. It'd be really cool if the store gave discounts to students at the school for spirit wear and merchandise.

Not a lot to choose from merch wise. For books, youre better off going third-party online. For merch clothing, hats, etc. You're better off going to the Walmart on zumble.

Lots more spiritwear options in the store than online. Staff very helpful!
