James and staff are very helpful and know their stuff. I go a spray in bedliner done. My second truck I’ve had done there. I’ve also had a ARE topper installed on another truck. Always get things done when promised!!

James is an absolute pleasure to work with. We just had a backup camera installed on our second truck and he was careful with the details yet again. In communication throughout the process and does great work. Highly recommend.

This is the only place I will take my truck to buy accessories or have them installed. James is excellent and very accommodating and has super powers. He can find anything! My Superman. We drive in from all over the country to get work done.

I have used this business to purchase and the install several items for my 1500 Chevy pickup. The owner is nice and helpful. He sticks to his word and has even given me discount when items did not arrive as planned for the install dates. I had the line-x sprayed in the bed, window trim & now had a TFX Premium Flush tri-fold aluminum bed cover added. Couldn't be happier. Once the bed cover was installed I pointed out a place on the bed where a 1" scratch dug out the line-x. He repaired it right there and then and did not charge me. Awesome service.

They did a great job putting the topper on my truck, my company ordered an ATC Pro-Series double-door, I believe it was. I sat in the waiting room area on a couch for a couple of hours while they removed the tailgate and camera and wired the LED lights in the back. Kind of typical automotive accessories shop-type atmosphere. No leaks, everything works like it should, and fairly quick service.

I wanted to take a moment and rate my experience at Line-X Atlanta. After weeks of online research, I decided to go with LineX and had the bed of my truck sprayed with their Premium product. I was happy with the product overall, but there were a couple of issues in a few spots. Took the truck back and James went above and beyond my expectations to make things right. If you're considering giving this gift to your truck, I strongly encourage you to spend the small difference to get the Premium coat versus their standard, base spray. Looks really good and has UV protection.

Very poor customer service. Employees act as if your business isn’t welcomed...they act as if they don’t want to help you..they act like they simply don’t care. I was told my truck would be ready in 2 hours. It took over 4 hours to install cab lights. When I mentioned the wait time, the employee brushed it off. I come from an era where customer service is everything but it is definitely lacking at this location. I will not return.

They do leather add ons for Steve Rayman Chevrolet. The leather interior they put in was done poorly, lots of wrinkles and on top of it they put over 100 miles on my new truck that I didn't even drive 100 miles yet. They had to do it twice and it still looks bad. They forgot to do the bedliner the first time also. I would recommend somewhere else for leather interior. The line x is a quality spray in bedliner but drop your vehicle off to a trusted location. I suggest a different line x location if you can help it. I now have cruddy leather interior that if I even can get put in so it looks like good quality, they'll be putting even more miles on my truck. Not happy at all.

The guys at Line X Chamblee Tucker are great. I bought a tri fold truck cover five years ago and they were very willing to trouble shoot an issue for me. They adjusted a side rail to make my cover click shut happily. I will definitely buy my next truck cover from them!

I dropped my car off at 8:45am for an appointment to get 1 window re-tinted. I returned at 5pm to find that my car was not there and had been driven, without my consent, across Atlanta to another Line-X location for the window tint. Further more, they had no one to drive my car back and had to send someone which would take 40 minutes. I waited a total of an hour and 40 minutes to get my car back, in a showroom that reeked of cigarette smoke, and had no seats or anywhere to sit. First, if they advertise Window Tinting at that site, then the work should be done on site. Second, if the work requires my car to be driven off site, I should have been asked for my consent. I would never allow a stranger to drive my car across Atlanta for any reason. I wont be recommending or returning to Line-X.
