What a great team at this beautiful store for custom and off-the-shelf blinds, shades and draperies. John professionally assisted me from start to finish with the top treatments for my new living room, dining room and kitchen! They turned out great and choosing the fabric was the most fun! I am new to this State from New York State and am very impressed with the attention to detail, including the exact installation process. Can't wait to choose fabric for upstairs windows!
After recently moving to Milford, I wanted to find some shade treatments for my home. I had Hunter Douglas shades in the past and they really held up well. John was very helpful and showed me lots of options. It was a very low pressure experience. He was very patient with my questions and friendly and informative with his answers. I was able to take some samples home before I made a final selection and John came out to measure before the order was finalized. Given my prior experience with Hunter Douglas, my expectations were high, but the end result absolutely exceeded them. I could not be happier. Thank you so much, John!
I cannot say enough positive things about the Linen and Shade Bin in Milford, NH. Perry and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They make you feel like you are the most important customer in the world. They have a wonderful assortment of readymade items curtains, pillows, quilts, etc. and various custom services. If they don't have it they will get it for you! Great, reliable, trustworthy business. Give them a try!
Perry provides friendly, personalized service, listens to his customers and then offers great suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and transparent in describing the advantages and disadvantages of a particular product or style. His prices are very competitive. Moved to Milford June 2020 and decided to work with a local business. I was fortunate to come across Perry and his business as he provided superb service along with beautiful well made Hunter Douglas blinds for my new home. He and his wife have a terrific shop and were readily available and responsive. Perry stands behind the products and possesses excellent attention to details. I came in based on the terrific reviews I found online and I now want others to see my recommendation! Don't hesitate to visit Linen and Shade Bin. I first met with Dee who was so helpful and showed me many different samples and helped me price my windows treatments based on my approximate measurements. Perry verified the order and scheduled a time to come out and measure the windows. He was a perfectionist- measuring each window several times. When my order arrived, I was promptly scheduled an install with Craig. He did a fantastic job installing and took away all the packaging. He even removed my old blinds! I cannot say enough good things about Linen and Shade Bin. The customer service was top notch and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I truly appreciated the customer service I received. Absolutely thrilled with our Hunter Douglas window shades from Linen & Shade Bin in Milford, NH. The owner, Perry, was so easy to work with. He gave several options and did an excellent job explaining them. No sales pressure either. His installer, Craig, did a great job. He assembled everything in our garage which kept all the mess out of the house. He was very thorough in explaining how to operate our remote control pebbles. And to top it off, Perry gifted us with a jar of Stonewall Kitchen's Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Salt Caramel sauce! So glad we shopped locally!
We love our new custom blinds! They are great quality and were very affordable. Perry made the process easy and seamless. We have a custom size slider in our living room and an additional slider in the kitchen. The previous homeowners chose an online blind supplier and they fell apart within a few years. Our new custom blinds from Linen and Shade Bin are Hunter Douglas and come with an extended warranty. We can already tell these are much better quality and we will enjoy them for a long time! Linen and Shade Bin in Milford, NH is just a wonderful store for custom curtains, cushions and shades. From the moment I walked into the store, I was warmly greeted and encouraged to look around. I found the sample curtains and drapes found throughout the store to be a rich collection of fabrics and styles. Perry asked me a number of questions regarding my project and provided me with a number of fabrics and valance styles to take to view in my home. When I made my selection, Perry came to my home to size the windows for both curtains as well as a seat cushion for the bay window. In addition, I purchased insulated shades that coordinated with the curtains. They were recently installed and look just beautiful and most importantly keep the room warm in the subzero temperatures we have been experiences in the past few days. I love this store! I will be back for my next project.
I met Perry at his old store over 25 years ago when I was looking for a vertical blind for my condo sliding door. He immediately made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. Recently, I bought Hunter Douglas insulated shades for all the windows in my house. Once again, Perry made me feel as if my order was the most important one for the store.
