Can’t recommend these guys enough. We have a set of French doors with a tricky locking system to put it nicely. It’s been a headache for years and have tried to have it fixed in the past to no avail. Jeff came out, troubleshot it and found the bent rod in the system. Replaced the part he had in his van and the door now works like new. Incredibly skilled and professional. A zero headache procedure from start to finish. Can’t recommend more.
I purchased high security lock and a safe from Leo of Lion Security. The installation was quick and professional and his price was fair compared to others. He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything properly functions. Great service highly recommended. R.M.
Leo is amazing !!! Fast service honest and professional. Leo and his team installed a new security camera system at my house in Brentwood. I'm very happy with the outcome and with the quality of service from start to finish and will defiantly use lion for all our future security needs.
This company ripped our family off and this review is worth $1,746. Lion Locksmith and Security offered to partially reimburse us if we agreed in writing not to post any bad reviews or report them to the Better Business Bureau. We value integrity over money. We hired them to replace two existing deadbolts with keypad entry, three new doorknobs, and install one new deadbolt. We were charged over $3,200. I was in a rush and did not do my due diligence prior and get a quote ahead of time and and although it seemed extremely high and despite my shock, I trusted that it was a fair price and had to rush to work. I felt extremely uneasy and immediately researched the cost of the hardware ex. We were charged $750.00 for keypad entry hardware not including install that RETAILS for $192.00, pricing from his competitors all with five star reviews, and even anonymously calling Leo to inquire about his own pricing ex. initially charged us $125.00 PER rekey of ONE keyhole, Leo offered to lower to $95.00 per rekey after we complained, quoted "$25.00 and up" to an anonymous potential customer inquiry, other companies were wanting $25-30, we offered $35. In the end, we were overcharged by over $2,000. He initially admitted that his serviceman was "new" and that we were overcharged. He offered an arbitrary amount off around $1,200 which we did not agree to and instead sent him an itemized list of fair prices actually we offered an overestimate on all of his own admitted price ranges. Ex: he stated he charges a 25-50% markup for hardware over WHOLESALE prices, we offered 50% markup over RETAIL and he still refused to fairly meet our revised bill OR provide a revised invoice with his standard pricing after repeated requests for one one can only assume he didn't want to admit in writing the gross discrepancy between the original invoice from his serviceman and what we should have been fairly charged. We eventually haggled down to a total bill amount of $1,550 down from over $3,200! but only in exchange for not writing reviews or lodging formal complaints which we felt was an unethical request. At this point, we felt it was our duty to make potential customers aware. We then attempted to dispute through the credit card company but since we did not remove the locks at time at service an error in hindsight and services were considered rendered and I had signed off on the charges day of, they could not reimburse but were extremely sympathetic and recommended a civil suit. I would rather write this review and inform others of Leo's dubious business practices than have $1,746 in my pocket. Lesson learned...always get multiple quotes prior, never hire this company, and be leery of online ratings. We realize looking back why Lion Locksmith has very few bad reviews, customers have been paid off for their silence!
Sal did a great job! We weren't sure if opening the lock would cause damage, but in the end Sal did it with ease and very little damage. Slight cosmetic and barely detectible!! This was a door knob that had a great life, but was now deceased in a bad way. Don't hesitate to call Lion Security if you're locked out!! Brilliant! Thanks!!!
Recently I got call from one of my friend lives in LA. He told me that he lost his car key in car and his car was locked. Please help me if possible. I told him wait for a minute and I have just search in Google “Locksmith Los Angeles” and found Lion Security Locksmith. Lion Security Locksmith Employee came within 15 Minutes and unlocks my friend car and also gave healthy discount to my friend. The Impressive thing is that Google gave me perfect result and found exact service company which I required.
I've used Lion's services a few years now and I could not be happier. The owner is very nice and always on time. I'll definitely keep using them in the future.
I was very happy with the service they provide. Sal did a excellent job explaining the issue and provide me with an honest solution in a very reasonable price!
