The staff is beyond rude. I had my children in the store with us and we were made to feel uncomfortable because of it. There is no excuse to be this way. They reference Mass law but really they are just anti-children and don’t deserve the business we would have brought them. GO ELSEWHERE!
Sad selection and staff is rude. Refused to sell us beer because we had a child in the store with us, then continued on a rant about how it’s Massachusetts state law that minors can’t even be in the store. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to leave your children in a car during a 91° day.
This store has the best prices that I've seen on or off the Cape -- and I consistently look for the best deals. I have never experienced anything but polite service hear -- have never seen a clerk be rude. But even if I had received less than stellar treatment, I would still go back because I can't find anyplace that offers better deals on the wines and liquors that I purchase.
Not a big selection. Went in for Jack Fire and 90 proof coconut rum. Did not have either. Staff was friendly, however.
Horrible. Bad selection of everything but wine, which I can deal with. What did it was that they refused to sell to us all well over 21 except a younger sibling because the younger family member was standing in the store. Not purchasing anything, not touching anything, he was simply there holding our groceries from the Stop and Shop next door. We told him to wait in the car and were told they still couldn't sell to us because "now they knew we were with a minor." Dumb rule. For a family vacation spot, I would think that it is not strange for families with younger people to be together. I gladly took my $70 purchase to a different store. The staff stared at me blankly as I left, wondering why we were annoyed.....go somewhere else or don't let them know you may be gasp! traveling with younger family members....
Ordered on line—- they happily charged my credit card for $93.98 for an item that they dont carry. No way to call their online corporate man as the Dennis store guy said it the phone number of micheal on line guy was a secret to the public. Trying to get a refund!!! Bo response to my emails yet. I recommend that you be very careful in dealing with such a company.
second time here and still RUDE!!!! also, have the nerve to yell at another customer for not wearing a mask, when the old guy who was working wasnt wearing one himself? I see I am not the only person with a bad experience .. hopefully they figure things out but i doubt i"ll be back anytime soon.
We went here to pick up some beer while on vacation. An older worker hovered around my siblings while we were picking something out then was very demeaning to our group. We are all well over 21 and he wanted us to leave because he didn't think we were over 21. We successfully completed our transaction, since we're all over 21 by a few years, but we won't be coming back again.
Used to be good, but now they’re always out of craft beers and staff was rude and prejudice to people in front of me.
Incredibly rude. The Old goat that runs the place should go back under the bridge he crawled out of. Luke’s has a much better selection, better prices and friendly staff. I won’t be back!
