Lisa's Nail

I decided to take off my hard gels. I sat over an hour and a half and the lady couldn’t take them off completely. I was charged $22 i had to leave because I ran out of time. I’m going back to where I orginally did them. The process to take off hard gel, this salon does it completely different than others. And I wanted her to do a manicure after but that didn’t happen.

A few years back my friend recommended this salon to me and I thought I’d try it out. I came in one day for a full set and Lisa the owner did my nails but she felt the need to verbally express to me that I had ugly fingers. I don’t know why she said that but it has stuck with me for a very long time. A friend of mine that had also gotten her nails done by Lisa once before, told me that she’s not very friendly to women of color so maybe that was the reason for her hurtful comment to me.

Lisa will charge you an arm and a leg for half services. I will never return here! They are nice but sneaky and sad to say she's okay with losing customers.Service: Polish removal

Not nice place I had a appointment went in they were backed up someone took me but then her client came in and she stop working on me and me go sit in the waiting area .... A few weeks later I went in as a walk in Lisa stop me at the door we can't take u she didn't even know if I had appointment or not I never went back

very nice people in the salon to mention. I went in for a gel manicure on a Thursday afternoon and by Sunday not even 3 days !!! my nails where peeling off entirely all nails i called in and asked for Lisa she was very understanding but still charged me 12$ For regular mani instead of 30$ which is regular price for gel anyways i got them done by the owner which is Lisa now let’s see how much they lastService: Gel manicures

They are courteous and quick. Their time estimate was spot on. The best part was the back massage while my nails were drying and then the hand massage once they were dry. I also enjoyed that everyone says goodbye and thank you when you leave. The owner does nails too and has created a positive work space. I highly recommend.

Always a great spa/nail service and customer service. My entire family has visited Lisa at some point! She makes sure her customers leave happy and return. If you want the best pedicure around, ask for Carmen!!! She never dissapoints!

They are nice,Pedicure the massage is good, hot stone nice but short and polish was isn't great. Had to ask for a touch up. Yet all this would not have been worth mentioning until the manicure......I hate to do this but Grace....honey I don't get this done often I told her that she cut me twice....??? On top of that they say pic a color, ok I pic a cool gel, oh I can't do that, What? Now I'm bleeding and I was just done. No sorry um bye bye. The owner Lisa was asking me what happen, after I came back to retrieve an item I left. But idt I want to go back...
