I wish I could give ZERO STARS... I definitely should have read the reviews before going I was charged an extra $5, after paying for service & a tipped. I went back inside & asked why was I over charged, he stated the credit card machine does that automatically and will be refunded after 90 days. I explained as a business owner, that's not how credit card machines work. It was only $5 dollars but it's just the principal of the matter. How many other customers have they done this to? STAY AWAY FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON!!!

I got a full set service while here. Never again. I thought I hit the Jack pot when I walked in because it was no wait the other 2 locations in the Douglasville were full but I see why. 2 of my nails are overall polish job was ok. It’s unfortunate that there’s no good salons in this area.

This place is horrible. I went in to get my pedicure and mani done all for a waste of $75 I have never gone somewhere and paid that much. I thought there was no line ok perfect but the man went way to fast and didn't give me my foot massage and the lady just did the basics to my nails which I could've done myself. Plus when he was doing my feet he put the tool back into the sterile box without washing it. I've never seen that done before but I will never go backServices: Pedicure

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Do not go there. The pedicure is not a pedicure and u pay all this money for it.. My legs didn’t even get wet. No massage no nothing. The guy did my nails all thick. They looked like press on nails. Don’t waste your money,,, Go some place else…You will thank me later..Services: Pedicure

I get my nails done every month, and I’ve been growing them out for months. I normally go to a place in Acworth, and get my nails done, but it was my daughters birthday weekend and I was in a hurry and in Douglasville, so I stopped in to get them done. I always get SNS because they last a whole lot longer, but not if you go here to get them done. I’ve literally had them done for four days, and not only did the paint already crack and chip off, but my nails are so dry from them sticking them in nail polish remover and leaving them in there for an hour and a half people! If you care about your nails and their health don’t go here, your nails will literally cut and break off themselves. I spent a hundred and twenty dollars for these people to literally kill my nails! I will never go back here and I don’t recommend this place to anyone I know.Service: Dip powder

Had had my toes and nails done here for my birthday. Opted for the gel nails so that they can last long within days gel nails off like press on nails. I went back for them to redeem their self but they wanted me to pay to repair my nails
