Basically I paid thousands of extra dollars for Melissa to book my tickets, and nothing more. Never heard from her during the trip. No extra information other than the reservation info/confirmation emails and an info sheet with emergency numbers for various countries. A couple of the reservations weren’t even done correctly and we had to literally pay the price for it, not to mention the stress it caused and the time it took away from our trip having to correct the various issues ourselves. Overall I was very disappointed since we had heard such good reviews from other people who had worked with Melissa’s mother, and just assumed we would get the same level of service from her. It soured an otherwise awesome trip, and I unfortunately would not recommend working with Melissa.

We had a wonderful experience and would recommend Melissa for all your travel needs.  There was really nothing we had to do but book our trip through her company and she took care of all the rest...... including recommending the Best Resort in Cancun.... the #1 vacation spot actually!!!!!!  Thank you Melissa for all of your help in making this trip memorable!  Yolanda

We just finished a 15 day trip across Europe. I could never have handled all the details as well as Melissa did. Working with her was a pleasure, and having her knowledge scheduling transportation, hotels, tours, etc. was amazing. Highly recommend!

Worked with Melissa on a Mexico trip but then had to postpone it and she helped us book another trip a year later.  Really appreciated the help she provided to find us the right spot to go with a new baby.

I cannot say enough positive things about the experience my husband and I had relative to booking our wedding & hotel accommodations through Lisell Travel.  Melissa bent over backwards to accommodate our every need  us before, during and after our wedding/honeymoon.  And while we had the unfortunate experience of tending to a medical emergency abroad; an event that not only cancelled our wedding but also extended our stay unexpectedly, Melissa was there with us every step of the way and I do mean EVERY STEP.  As a result of her excellent customer service, we will be a customer of Melissa’s for life.  In fact, we’re already planning our wedding vowel renewal trip and a family cruise using Melissa’s services.

Most of us look forward to traveling, but it can be filled with stress. What resort should we go to, what cruise line will fit our needs, where can we go in October? Look no further than Lisell Travel composed of LuAnn, Melissa and Charles Andries Van Elton. They are extremely knowledgeable about different cruise lines, resorts, and ideas for places to explore. My husband and I have used them on numerous occasions over the past several years. All of our trips have been well planned and have left us with wonderful memories. We highly recommend Lisell Travel for your  travel needs.

Melissa  was very hands on and available for all questions we had,  and being our first trip to Europe  we had a lot  I would absolutely use Melissa Lisell Travel for any future travel plans.
