Everytime we step foot in, we feel welcomed and helped in every way. Today we met Mr. Bailey, he helped us find what we were looking for and found us just that by going out of his way. Another gentleman that was doing tequila samples had a wonderful sense of humor and had great customer service. Our cashier was kind and had a smile the entire time. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. But Amazing overall customer service
I’m visiting from Ohio, and my son who lives here went bourbon hunting at Total Wine looking for bourbons that aren’t available in Ohio. It was a success! We found many bottles I’ve wanted but aren’t available to me. Ramon was very helpful with recommendations and offering us a sample. He was very knowledgeable with the brands of bourbons. During the checkout process Levi was very helpful with packaging and explaining to us about the store. Very kind and friendly, a great employee!
Amazing that this location has what some of the others didn't have. The service was wonderful. I will continue to visit this location. I purchased everything I needed but the Canada Dry didn't come from there.
First time to this store. I was blown away with how big the store was, selection, prices,service. Scott was beyond helpful, checking in on us and also offering a taste of a tequila I was wondering about. I can't remember ever having such great service. Keep it up Goodyear store.
This is one of my favorite total wine stores I drive a little out of the way to get here because they have an excellent selection and always have the freshest cigars. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and most of the drinks have descriptive tags on the shelf to really what the product tastes like. I was in there today asking about different types of beer and the person helping me really knew their beer selection super well. I usually listen to their recommendations and is always a home run. Their customer service is awesome and it's part of the reason I keep coming back. Store itself is spotless super clean very well organized. They even have wine classes and other events there. Before covid, they would offer samples at times. They have a huge selection of soft drinks and Munchies as well. A side note, I can always count on their bathrooms to be very well kept and super clean. As far as prices, there's no need to look anywhere else they usually have the best prices on all the alcohol and beer..
I have been to this location a few different times and I can honestly say I did not feel welcomed or have the best experience thus far and here's why. I believe they have the worst customer service out of any wine store in the valley, I do not like the way they treated me when I asked where something was or if they had a particular item in stock, the cashier's seemed to give me the worst of both ways as far as friendliness. Overall I just do not like Total Wine and will not be returning in the near future, plus they're rewards program is a joke, spend $500 to only get like $20 back within a short amount of time. Going someplace else from now on thanks, save your time and money that's my best advice. They treat the older generation better than the younger ones. That's how I felt was going on here, plus I was never greeted or asked if I found everything ok.
Friendly and helpful staff. The store is laid out well and is customer friendly. There were lots of specials and deals to choose from
This place has everything you need for adult beverage. Huge selection too. Aisles are well marked. Only 1 register open tho and stood in line for awhile before they opened the 2nd register. Multiple locations around the valley. They also have tasting programs but never could attend one these gatherings.
The variety they have is insanely good. Ranging from local breweries and vineyards as well as out of state or country imports. Plus they have a free drinking bar where you can sample a bunch of interesting beverages.
Kudos to the employees of this Total Wine & More location. My father who is in his 80's needed a item not on the shelves. The cashier located and had it retrieved from the backstock. They are very patient answering all his questions and making courteous small talk.I know it made my father's day.
