Little Bear Pet Store

I went to this store in search of cat toys and they had a splendid variety! They had a good selection of quality pet food there too for dogs and cats. My friend and I managed to pick out a couple of toys for our cats. They had a variety of toys made by small makers. I ended up with couple of mouse toys that my cats are absolutely crazy about. Service was friendly and helpful.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. They always take the time to provide you with the products and information required for any of your pets needs.

Visited this store when my kitten developed sensitivity to his food to find a new protein. They have a wide selection of different proteins from many good quality brands here. I was able to find foods that work for him. They also carry grass cat litter which makes them a winner for me! The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a great store.

It is past time for me to write a long-overdue review of a wonderful Westmount business. Little Bear is a gem, and the owner, Chuck, and his excellent staff provide superlative customer service. Chuck is highly knowledgeable in pet nutrition, and I do not doubt that his advice regarding health issues experienced by our poodle, Bailey, has significantly prolonged Bailey’s life! If I could give Little Bear more than five stars, I would!

I have been coming here for a little over a year now and I absolutely LOVE the store. Not only do they have a large selection of high quality products some that I’ve never seen anywhere else, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and honest. They won’t push you to buy unnecessary stuff even the opposite! and will give you great advice on many questions. For example when I went last time, looking to change my dog’s food because she is a very picky eater, I was given many samples so that I could see which flavour she preferred. These little things make a huge difference in the experience and are the reason why I highly recommend this store and will keep coming back. Also, the website is very convenient and I’ve always had great experiences with the delivery, which is fast and efficient.

First time I’ve ever written a review in my life. The people there are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and the store has a great selection. BUT I bought a crate for my puppy, brought it home set it up and quickly realized it was too small. I called to ask if I could return it keep in mind this was the same day, 3 hours after purchase my dog wasn’t in it for more than 10 minutes. They said no for “safety reasons” not sure what that means. I went to get a bigger crate at Mondu and they assured me I would have a 30 day return policy.

Great pet supply store. Parking is almost impossible but you can shop online or call and do a curb side pickup.

my dog Bonnie loves this place everyime we go there, she loves to sneeeze on those stuffed dogs that are wearing costumes she thinks they are real dogs, lol and she knows Little Bear is the place that mommy buys some snack, haha XD. I love this place because its the only store near my place that sells Orjen and all other best dog foods and snacks and I think the price is very reasonable!
