2nd time ordering from this location and still not impressed. Had an online coupon on their site, had 20 to spend, kids' Birthday money is tight. Could get 3 pizzas with my 20, 10% off, awesome. Except the website said error try again later. 45 minutes and 4 tries later I call the store. Explain what's going on the employee gets the manager. He had an oh well attitude and I get a we have nothing to do with the site. Sooo I say well you can just do the discount at the store? He said only if I had a physical coupon, what to do screen shot the website? He says nothing he can do would you like to order???? Fine I place my order 2 pizzas no coupon for me, thanks!!! The lack of caring is obvious, atmosphere is like a morgue. I pull up and the employee, whom sounded like the manager I spoke with on the phone is standing 3 or 4 foor from entrance smoking. Isn't there a law about smoking right by a public entrance? Anyway he was nice enough to hold the door and wash his hands before strolling leisurely to the register. Asked what I wanted got my preorder, not impressed, never again!!!
We got the stuffed crust pep pizza and an order of crazy bread. Well the middle of the pizza was completely raw and the crazy bread was only cooked on the outside. We went to take it back for a refund but they refused stating that we ate half the pizza when only 2 pieces were missing and most was put back into the box minus the toppings and even showed them the crazy bread dough which they replied was cheese. I'm waiting on corporate to get in contact with now. Save your money and just go to dominoes they have a 10 dollar 5 topping pizza and it's never raw.
I always get good food from this chain. I brought in an undercooked item and asked if I could simply have a replacement item- I asked for no money back, just replacement food. The manager said that because it was ordered through the app, there was nothing he could do. Why having ordered through the app has anything to do with whether food quality was up to par, I have no idea. Just a heads up for those of you using the app. The food is fast enough. If it's all the same, just order in person. Because this was a loss of hard-earned money I could spent on something edible. Lesson learned. PS: 90% of the food remained when I returned with the product in the original box. It was clear I was simply unhappy with the food and not trying to get one over on anyone.
They stopped taking orders 1.5 hours early. I called and after waiting a person picked up and said they won’t take calls over the phone anymore because it’s to late. And she said to get the app and Oder so I did and the app said they were not excepting orders. Also before I could get done talking The lady hung up on me
Little Ceasers is a good option when you need something cheap and fast. In my experience, this seems to be the best store in the area. You're more likely to get a fresh hot pizza here and they don't skimp on the cheese.Food: 5/5
There was a small wait but otherwise it was completely as expectedFood: 5/5
Refused to acknowledge that their pizza was burnt and had literally no toppings on the pepperoni pizza. Sent a message to corporate and they haven’t responded either. Will NOT order from here again. Save your money and get a frozen pizza instead, it’s better anyway.
I am going to chalk up my experience to growing pains. I understand the confusion that can come with opening a new restaurant and the inherent stress and hiccups that occur. Yes the staff was relatively friendly, but it didn't seem that anyone was on the same page. The pizza is amazing, especially for $5. I called in an order was quoted fifteen minutes. Show up 35 minutes later and it hasn't even been started. once again the pizza was great and I left with my pizza about ten minutes later, but everyone seemed overwhelmed. The gentleman who I assume was the manager seemed to be taking control of the situation, but the main cashier seemed incredibly overwhelmed. I really hope you guys get it together soon because right now you are pretty much and advertisement for Cousin Vinny's.
Normally I don't have any issues with this place, but when I went there on Saturday, March 9 2019, I had quite a horrible experience. I went there in the evening and ordered a deep dish pizza. I was told it would be about 10 minutes. To kill a little time, I went next door to Family Video to browse around. I was gone for about 15 minutes and I returned to be told that it wasn't ready yet. That was fine. I'm a pretty patient person, so I just stepped back and waited in the lobby thinking it wouldn't be long. About a half hour went by and I hadn't heard anything, do I walked back up to the counter and politely asked if my order was ready. The girl at the counter looked in the oven warmers and didn't see it, so she came back to me and said it wasn't ready yet. Me being the patient person I am, I just said, ok thank you, and returned to waiting in the lobby. Time kept going by and more people were in and out and I still didn't have my order. At this point, I had been waiting inside the lobby for over an hour and I was getting irritated and losing my patience, but once more I went up to the counter and politely asked if she could check to see if my order was done yet, and she looked again and told me no. So I go back to standing there waiting and the manager finally asked what I was waiting on. I told her and she went to the back to make it. Apparently they were having problems with the printer that was printing the orders and it wasn't printing, so my order was never seen by anyone. So, I understand that machines aren't perfect and mess up sometimes. Same with people. I'm mad about how the situation was handled. You would think that after asking where my order was twice, and seeing me stand out in the lobby for over an hour, that the girl at the counter should have told her manager or one of the cooks or something, but no. Finally, after over an hour and a half of standing in there waiting, I had my order. They didn't offer me anything for the inconvenience, not a refund, or a free pizza or anything, and I would have been fine with that if they could have at least apologized for the long wait, but they couldn't even do that. I'm not one to usually complain. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the service I received was appalling; so appalling in fact that they have just lost a customer. I will not be returning to that store because they don't know how to treat customers. If they keep treating people like that, they're going to be going out of business before you know it. Ridiculous!!
Went in tonight, manager on duity was amazing. His crew was new. You could tell by the way the orders were made and the wait time. There were major issues with my order but he kept them going and jumped back in the kitchen with them. This is what a great manager looks like.
