We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and the crust seemed overcooked it was dark and both of the pizzas were like this, I have ordered here before and the pizzas weren’t like this.

Hesitant from past experiences on Little Caesars but gave the Chaska location a shot today. Wonderful experience! Pizza was fresh and the ingredients tasted surprisingly fresh and delicious. For a minus $10 dollar meal for two this was spot on..hot, fresh and great ingredients worth more than what you pay. It was a Little Caesars Pizza. The pizza is just okay but it's consistent and it served quickly. The service was polite and delivered what I asked. When I want a little Caesars pizza and nothing better or worse I go to Little Caesars.
I ordered a lunch combo and it was old and completely black! Manager said it is like that and nobody has ever complained before and to have a nice day! So unprofessional I will not be returning!!!!Food: 1/5

Place an order online on a week day and received $5 off my total was an incentive to ordering here. Price wise it was great, serive was not. After placing my order it stated my pizza would be done in 25 minutes which was 5:55pm. Arrived there at exactly 5:55 and the place was full of customers waiting. It was very chaotic and seemed disorganized. The worker said my food will be done shortly. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked the worker how much longer it would be considering I had two small children with me. He stated that 2 of his coworkers called in and my food is coming out which was not true at all. My food wasn't even made yet and I watched them put it in the oven and sauce my wings. Finally my food is done at 6:30!! The worker did apologize but seemed like he wasn't concerned about how long and convenient this all was. It took 35 minutes+ of waiting on our supper. If I would have known that, I would not have ordered from here! They could have at least taken the crazy bread off or something for us was hard and dry anyways! First time customer and not sure if I'll be coming back for another try. Very disappointed.
I had the greatest experience because of Eivind and Jeff. They were very professional and were able to get me going as fast as it took me to get.
The best pizza experience you will ever receive. As soon as you walk in the store you are greeted with smiling faces. We were amazed on how fast our food came out!! Props to lil Caesar’s for the delicious food and the most amazing staff!! Shoutout to Jefferey and Lance! Definitely coming back!
