Was shopping inside K-Mart and decided to order from the Little Caesar's inside the location to cut time on getting lunch. The woman named Denise was behind the counter and was very prompt and friendly. Will definitely order from here again because of such a good experience. I didn't notice until I began walking out of the store that there was an area dedicated to eating in.
A group of friends and I were visiting the area and one of our friends used to live in Oklahoma and would order little Caesars after work; any who long story short he was super excited to find one while shopping 8 minutes away! Christian was super nice to allow us to get his order in even though he was close to closing. Great customer service! Thank you so much! Pizza was fresh and cheesy! Definitely will try to visit when we shop near by in the near future : thank you awesome job!!
Generally I like Little Caesars quite a lot, but the service here was not as good as it should have been. They were understaffed which probably is what caused most of the show downs and frustrations. I would imagine that if they were a little better prepared for the dinner rush it wouldn't have been as bad. I also feel like it's a little weird having a Little Caesars inside of a Kmart. There isn't a lot of space to accommodate a line and people waiting for pizza, and people checking out of Kmart right behind you. The food ended up being fine which I guess is all that matters at the end of the day.
A lot of effort went in to making my pizza there yesterday. I kinda expected they would have 'hot and ready' pizzas for me to just walk out with, but unfortunately they did not. Instead, we were given freshly baked new pizzas, made behind the counter. Granted, they mixed up our order and we walked away with different pizzas than what we asked for.They also burnt one of the pizzas by giving it a push back into the oven against the moving conveyor belt. Also, the lady in front of us may have attempted to make a KMart return while ordering. But a lot of effort went in to making my pizza. And I love pizza.
P….. P….. …. Sorry ment to Say Pizza Pizza! ….. BUT THERE WAS NONE! maybe I saved myself the stomach ache for later. Hot and Ready Air was fantastic by the way! … but I did try to call ahead of time to no help
Good pizza. Fast, friendly service and fresh food
During the posted hours of operation I was refused service by a worker who told me that they were, "closed until 4:30pm." The pizzas were clearly visible and hot, the doors were open, and time was within the posted hours of operation. The worker largely ignored my questions while they swept up listening to their headphones. They were rude and very unhelpful.
I just ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza and the manager Denise answered the phone. She deserves an A+. Such an awesome personality I think she is awesome. Thank you for great customer service
It takes them a while, usually there's only one person doing all the work so expect waiting for lunch rush and don't even dream getting a pizza after 5pm
Noticed the store was dwindling in merchandise,very disappointed. However when I get the pizza it is ok,but don't know if it is on the healthy side.
