Ordered pizza and it was raw. Had to come home and cook it ourselves. We were told to call the 1-800 number which we did and they reached out to the store 2 times to try and get the issue resolved and both times they said the store should reach out to us within 24 hours. They never did. Needless to say they have lost our business for good
Called multiple times to place an order and kept getting hung up on. I finally drove there to order and customer service was not the greatest. I got my pizza just to see it thrown together with what looks like a whole pack of pepperonis on one pizza. I understand wanting to go home but there’s no reason to stop answering an hour before close. Im not sitting here picking pepperonis off my pizza and wiping away all the pizza sauce used to throw this together.
I don't know what has happened to this restaurant but this is the 2nd time that the pizza came under cooked. I attempted to contact them and actually got hung up on as well.
Food tasted great but they really need to learn how to cut even slices! Service could have been more friendly.
Ive gotten more baked than this dough. Their deep dish needs work but their other pizzas are pretty good.
Walked in for a routine order for two pizzas. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait so I went back out to my car instead of waiting inside. A little over 5 minutes after I stepped out one of the employees brought my order out to me. I was really impressed with the level of customer service and applaud them for going above and beyond.
There has been huge employee turn over recently and customer service has declined. Called in a carry out order recently and they didn't have it ready when I arrived 30 minutes later. Had to wait another 20 minutes but the quality of the pizza and bread sticks has improved. Employees seem to have a hard time hearing you when you call in to place an order. I think I will try ordering on-line in the future to see if it improved the service.
Food is fine but service is crazy slow. Scheduled a pick-up in the app. Order wasn't ready until 25 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time. I was so tired of waiting I left without my prepaid pizza and went home and ordered Papa Johns.
They had no pizzas ready and were understaffed. This location has been declining in service for awhile now. It's sad because we really enjoy their pizza. Edit: 6 months later and still understaffed with nothing ready to go. Why have a hot n ready menu if nothing is ever hot n ready? There was literally 1 pepperoni pizza ready that the person in front of me bought and one crazy bread that the drive thru took. After that it was bare, seriously. No pizzas in the oven cooking, nothing. I ordered a sausage pizza and was told 11 minutes fine. I asked if it be different if I ordered something else in case something was cooking that I couldn't see, and the answer was no, everything was gonna be same wait. At 6pm, nothing is hot n ready, and only 2 workers here that can't keep up. This place is burning money by lost opportunity. We used to come here at least once a month, but it's been 6 months since our last visit and I am reminded why.
Monday, August 9, I tried to call multiple times to place an order and no answer. App was not available online to place an order.. When we arrived at the location, there were four cars waiting in line. I decided to go inside and place an order. Staff was standing around on their phones talking and not working. There was not one single "Hot and Ready" item available. Service was horrible. We left and went Domino's in Edwardsville
