About five years ago I did all my laundry here at Little Giant. Service was excellent and machines in good repair. Today my dryer at home is not working so I went back to Little Giant. As expected machines were clean and working. Staff is friendly! If I have to go out to do laundry, this is definitely where I will go as I did today.
I came here because of convenience. I needed to just wash my comforter set . The white lady in there that was working there on Sunday 2/19/23 at around 6pm had an attitude. I asked her did she have a quarter because I had two dimes and a nickel and she said no . Like how if your a coin laundry. Worse experience & never coming here again . I should have took the drive to the better review laundry mat
Good, clean and very nice staff. Says opens at 6am, that rarely happens.
Accesible and clean place.
I have came here a few time over the years as my grandma and aunts used to do their laundry here and I have very fond memories of this place as a child. Today was the first time in years that I came back in.. and at first everything was fine i was attended by a lady that seems to be on the autistic spectrum but she she was pleasent and trying her best... I purchased a big size laundry bag and a bottle of detergent and i even helped her count the correct change she was going to give me...at this time another lady came in and i just thought it was a reg customer sice she spoke to the person attending to me...well anyway, at the end of my transaction I asked for my reciept as I do fr all my purchases in any store/ establishment and the lady just said uh oh you want your receipt? I said yeah isnt it right there? Pointing at my reciept that came out of the register then the lady that had just walked in said rudely and a stank face ...for what? What do you want a reciept for?... i was caught by surprised and chuckled while saying its for me to have my reciept like any other place... like first off what kind of question is that like I have to explain myself for wanting a reciept?... she proceeded to say no you cant have a reciept we need it, it stays here with us pointing out a string of reciepts where mines was also attached to...i really didnt want to get into it cuz I had my youngest daughter with me so I said ok whatever and continued to finish the remainder of my visit. This was really bad customer service , I would know , i am a customer service representative, my point being is even if that was the case and your establishment doesnt give receipts.. there was a better way to explain that without being rude or intrusive.... a simple, im sorry but we cannot give reciept as we need to keep them for our records, we apologize for any inconvenience... wouldve been fine. This was a really bad first impression of how this place is run now...I am going to have to reconsider if I even want to come back.
If you leave your clothes to be washed and folded I have two suggestions for you. 1 Make sure you write down EVERYTHING that you put in your laundry bag or take a picture of it. 2 When you pick up your laundry take a picture of it in the plastic bags they put it in, then when you get back home check all of your laundry to make sure they cleaned it and dried it properly. it will have that funky smell . The above has happened to me on more than one occasion. I went back after I made my complaint and all was good then it happened again so that was the last time I went back. I even contacted the owner Walter who couldn’t care less about missing or unwashed clothes.
I like thats its old school coins....ya dont gotta have yet another stupid card. the washing machines seemed to clean my stuff a lot better than other laundromats ive used in the past. And my clothes dried quick. average prices. they just need to turn the heat on...it was freezing in there. even the lady who worked there was wearing a winter coat!
Machines are broken and don’t close properly so water started leaking. I selected a quick wash which is 18 minutes and the clothes are washing twice. Clothes have been washing for over 37 minutes and still not done smh. Let the woman know who works here and she said she told the owner the machine is broken. I told her why wasn’t a sign put up and why didn’t you say anything when you seen me put my clothes in the washer. She just stayed quiet. Terrible customer service and I will not come back here.
My favorite laundry mat in the foxon area and if you visit this location to get your laundry done on a Wednesday they will supply the laundry detergent fantastic thank you
I've been coming to this establishment for almost a year every Wednesday and I would like to know why the laundromat attended can't open on time ,and when they do open they don't turn on the lights and leave the establishment unattended
