Our Italian kitchen was inspired by Marco Gelsamino's, cuisine from his
village, Olevano Romano, south of Rome. Our
pizzas are made with Italian Caputo flour, fresh
Italian Mozzarella de bufala and fresca, San
Marzano style tomatoes and cooked in a high
temperature stone oven in the Neopolitan
tradition. Our pastas reflect the variety of Italian
cuisine ranging from Tuscany to Sicily. Our
raviolis and lasagnas are made from scratch
