Little Nápolis italian restaurant

I ordered a pizza today at 6:00 pm. At 6:45 pm I called and they had just put it in and said it would be another 20 minutes. At 7:25 it arrived but, when I opened it, all of the toppings were laying in the corner of the box and hanging from the lid. I called and asked for the manager and was told he wasn't in. On a Saturday evening the manager isn't in? Hmmmm. Then I was told that she would have him call me. Never happened. I called back and there was no answer. 9:00 pm on a Saturday evening and no answer. I want my money back. Period.

This Place is Awesome for being around the corner. The service was Great & I love the Pizza, Salad, & Meatballs Sandwich.... Ooh Yeah Greek Salad was Fresh & Crisp!.... It Needs Some Frank Sinatra Tunes & mini wine list to match the food would be appropriate?

The service is awesome. The pizza is delicious the calzones are exactly how they should be, just the right amount of cheese and toppings! Definitely a place to try if you haven’t!

They were 20 minutes late. None of the food I ordered was hot and the fries and cheese sticks idk if it was cheese sticks since I didn't taste any cheese or was melted was cooked right. Ordered it on GrubHub. Cheesecake looks like it was just shoved into the container. Didn't even get a sorry they were late from the driver. GrubHub called them and they only gave me $6 refund and I spent $24. This place sucks

Ordered pizza and salad via Eat24, to be delivered at 4:45p. At 5p, called, and said it's on its way. 5 10p, called again, read off a different order, I corrected it, heated the woman talking to someone in the background, said he delivered my order two houses down, to people doing foster care. They would redo the order and will arrive in 25 mins. At 5:50p, called again, and said it was on its way. 6p, driver arrived, telling me it was hysterical he delivered to the wrong house. Pizza was luke warm. Next morning, we had stomach and bowel problems from dinner. Never ordering from there, again.

We use Grub Hub to order from Little Napoli's. Hamburgers are awesome. Chicken parmesan is very good and juicy, just the marinara is much to bland and tomatoe for my family. For us it needs a jolting infusion of Italian herbs and garlic. So we usually end up getting burgers or subs which are great. Tiramisu is also very good. Edited 2/12/2019 My husband decided he likes the Chicken Parm more than the burgers. It's his go to meal from Lil Napoli's. I tried their Chicken with Veggies, which I love. Just wish the Chicken wasn't overcooked, but even overcooked it's dry & delicious. Our nephew loves the Chicken Parm Sub with fries or the Chicken Parm. We've now tried the Chef Salad, Caesar Salad & the house Salad. The first two are very large. The house salad is a better size if your also getting an entree. The others depending on what kind of eater you are can be as entrees especially if you add Grilled Chicken to the Caesar. All salads are delicious, I've only tried the Caesar dressing. Though my husband who prefers Blue Cheese, says the Ranch is very good. They definitely have quality dressings, they are very thick and coat you lettuce nicely.

First time eating at this restaurant and the pizza was amazing! Customer service was awesome, very friendly employees. We will definitely be coming back soon!

My meat lovers pizza was good. And the service was nice too. I'd recommend this place if you're in the area.

The food here is amazing, i ordered the Shrimp Alfredo and it was fantastic, also the service was great and it was just a good experience overall. Definelty recommend
