Little Panda Gourmet

I would say their food is a hit or miss. It’s good enough to eat once in awhile but not all the time. I got the veggie mix and while it was good it also had a lot of liquid in it. Their steamed dumplings were pretty bland and didn’t have much for a taste. I got their wonton egg drop soup last night as well and only came with wontons and they didn’t look right. I would probably order my Chinese food somewhere else.

Excellent Chinese food and great price. Best egg foo young I have had on 3 continents North America, Asia, Europe I do miss the lunch buffet Panda Gourmet had available until COVID19 ruined the entire restaurant business industry. I do understand why it has not returned, with the rampant food cost inflation currently ruining dining experiences across the U.S.A., but particularly in Wisconsin and the greater Milwaukee area where bad policy has exasperated inflation for consumers and small businesses. Service and product of Panda Gourmet are 5 star. Always a friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere has changed from the pre-COVID19 days. Panda Gourmet in the pre-COVID19 days was a happening must go place. It still is great service and food, but that energy from pre-COVID19 days has not returned. I recommend Panda Gourmet over all other Panda in the name restaurants. Panda Gourmet is quality food for the hungry. Will return for another taste of the best egg foo young.

We ordered from Panda Gourmet for a recent work event so it was a large to go order. The food was great, all orders were correct and everything was served hot! They even threw in some extra sides at no charge. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

The sesame chicken is excellent! Easy to microwave containers a plus. Great menu selection too. I would highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Just moved to the neighborhood and tried this place for the first time. There was only one table dining in but about 10 other people picking up carryout orders when I arrived. I ordered the Szechuan Chicken dinner special and it was enough food for me to get 2 meals out of it. The pork egg roll that it came with was very good - crispy, not greasy, and flavorful. I love spicy foods and the Szechuan Chicken was advertised as spicy but I think it needs hot sauce still as its not very spicy - flavor however was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Food was absolutely amazing. Hands down the best Chinese food I have ever had. Customer service was great, everyone was very friendly.

We placed an online order tonight for Mothers Day and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant and it was packed with people that were waiting for their pickup orders. I paid and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. Then as I was waiting, I overheard the cashier tell a customer that they had a problem with the online ordering process and a 30 minute delay was to be expected. In reality, I was waiting in the restaurant for 45 minutes in addition to the 20 minutes that I was told when I ordered. Instead of being silent, the cashier should have told each customer of the problem before taking their money, giving the customers the opportunity to cancel their order. I understand that problems happen, but there were no apologies made to anyone, no offers of discounts to orders made for the trouble. Employees were ignoring customers and not making eye contact with anyone. Customers were very upset. This place needs a lesson in customer service and until that happens, I’ll be ordering from China Chef in South Milwaukee.

Edit, the food was perfect today. We ordered the sauteed mushrooms, Tso's tofu, and the teriyaki chicken. It's been a long time since I've had mushrooms cooked so perfectly. The chicken was exactly what I was hoping for The only recommendation would be dish description because it's not clear what the dish will exactly be. Fantastic portion sizes for the price. There are people in the reviews complaining about price while also saying they had more food than they could eat. Service was decent and I'm looking forward to if they will offer dine in eventually

I usually go here for my Chinese food and normally it is good and hot. When I went here last time I dined inside. I wasn't too happy with the chop suey, some of the veggies were cold and some were hot. It was a mix. The waitstaff didn't come back to the table to check on us until we were almost done. I told her it was cold and she only gave a 5% discount instead of asking me if I wanted another plate that was hot. I had half the plate left of cold food. I was not too impressed this time at all.
