Little Rock Police Patrol DIV

Very rude dispatch woman. I called in a noise complaint for the second time and no one has ever come out. It’s insane when someone tries to do the right thing by taking the correct measures to avoid conflict and no one ever shows up. But let there be someone shooting , fighting , etc. I be they come running. This is just sad.

On Sunday, August 4th, 2019, a truck knocked down an electrical pole in 10800 block of Chicot Rd. All first responders arrived quickly - Police, Fire Dept., EMT's, then Entergy and Center Point Energy. At first it was quite chaotic, because truck was in the ditch, electrical wires were down everywhere, and traffic was backing up!! Within short period of time, the Police had everything under control, Units were placed to stop thru traffic, another officer checked the couple in the truck and made sure they were alright and that there weren't any wires touching the vehicle, so they could get out. The officers were vigilant in making sure everyone was safe!! There was a lot of foot traffic since everyone wanted to see what as going on. All of the officers were busy, courteous but efficient, safety was primary concern, not one word was spoken in a harsh tone. I have had other encounters with OUR Southwest Division Police Department. No matter the circumstances, they have always responded quickly, politely, been very tedious in their efforts to find the facts, ask pertinent questions and answer questions when able. They are here to protect and serve and they do their jobs quite well!! I find your own attitude has a big affect on how others respond. So be respectful of all law enforcement officers. They lay their lives on the line every day and you can bet, some days are really, REALLY difficult !! THANK YOU SOUTHWEST DIVISION LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT, FOR CARING FOR US AND OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!! Respectfully, Kathy Johnson

Was treated properly even though I was a little beyond myself. I wasn't threatening not was anything added or taking from my belongings. Oh one thing was giving to me Good advice.... "Stay out of Trouble!!!

Been calling regarding loud music from 10 pm to 12 am. No responding officer available.

Some police officers are very disrespectful at this location!

Police hung up on me trying to make police report
