Worst laundry I’ve ever been to. Right in the door, they have a sign saying that all machines are card operated. Fine. I went ahead and loaded one of their loyalty card. Then I found out many of their washers actually are still coin operated? Now what? I’m stuck with a loyalty card balance that I’ll never get to use. I bet it’s deliberate. CHEATERS.

Nice laundromat. The place is clean. They don't use quarters any longer except for the massage chair. They use cards for everything else. I like it, it works for me. You can use your debit card, credit or a rechargeable loyalty card. I used my debit card and checked the transactions later. All was good. Tried the wash, dry & fold service twice now. Love it. Staff lady is very friendly and helpful. I went to her with a big basket of laundry both times and picked my laundry-up 2-3 hours later nice and clean, folded neatly, organized in stretch-wrap bundles then placed back in my laundry basket. I gave the lady a well-deserved tip and with the price I was happy/satisfied. I'm never doing laundry again. Also enjoyed the massage chair, had 20 minutes of stress relief w/occasional moaning, wish I had one of these chairs at home. TV had enough channels, nice picture, also had a nice remote. I was washing large items. My car was parked just outside the door. I had the place to myself, was all set. It gets busy here during the day. I prefer early evenings.
I am not sure what happened to this laundromat in the last year but it stinks, it's dirty, and a lot of broken machines. I lost so much money lately because the coin drawer is so full; you don't know that it's full until you drop 2 or 3 dollars into it and then it just stops taking coins. Huge inconvenience when you already have your clothes loaded and soap put in. But that is not it, both change machines were out of order. A another family and I carpooled to the another laundry room on the other end of town to use their change machine. This WAS such a wonderful place to come do laundry. It's convenient but in very poor condition. I will not come back here until it's cleaned up and taken better care of.
Clean. No issues except I wish they had a sink so you can wash your hands after getting laundry soap on them. I will definitely be using their machines again and do recommend. Plus they take the fascard which I already had as it is used at several of the laundromats I have used this year. Convenient.
I am only giving 3 stars because of the rude attendant there today. I went in, loaded 3 washers, went to get quarters and the lady asked me, "you know these machines don't take quarters, right?" I said, "no" with a confused look and she said "this is a card operated facility now." And thats it. She watched me unload the washers and leave. I later found out they sell cards there that you can reload. This woman didn't even offer that information up, she just watched me load up and leave. I will say, when I walked in it was very clean and comfortable looking, unlike most laundromats. Unfortunately, I will not be going back there for the simple fact that this lady was rude and made my day that much worse.
Charged A $15 fee which is supposed to be reimbursed a day or two after the charge stops pending. It’s been about a week and I’ve never been reimbursed and I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone. I basically spent $45 on three washing machines opposed to the 1875 I was supposed to spend.
This place is thief They have a sign that says it deducts 15 and what you don't use will be put back on your card They lie and know it Sure it deducts 15 then couple days later it deducts the actual amount and the 15 charge disappears But the remaining money never gets put back in your card Altho They make it look like they only charged amount you used I spent 8 25 there They took the 15 off Then couple days later the 15 charge was gone and it said 8 25 But they never put the 6.75 back in my account Littleton laundry give me back my dam money right now!! This is stealing and yes 6 dollars does matter It's gas it's milk etc etc it's mine!!!
Very cold inside, the front load washers are dirty need to clean the rubbers around where the door shuts. The bathroom is locked because you do not have a attendance on hand anymore. People need to use the bathroom!!!!!!!!!
Where is the hot water wash? I pay either 7.50 or 6.25 and only get a cold wash even pressing hot. The old owners had scolding hot water. Please fix this or lower your prices, false advertising especially when the hoses are connected. Have also been in a few times since remodel and still only cold so not a new issue. Other than that it’s a typical laundromat. I only come to wash big comforters and drop off dry cleaning but have had decent experiences.
