The specialty breads are amazing! The quality is on par with the bakery's image and I definitely plan on going again soon. The savory bread was perfect, and the almond chocolate croissant was good but a bit too sweet personal preference. Red eye coffee was good too.
You gotta visit Liv bakery if you're in the area. It wasn't easy to select from the wide range of baked goods, but we ended up getting the chocolate croissant, butter croissant and multigrain bread. It is a little pricey $7 for the croissant, $14 for the bread, but everything was delicious. The chocolate croissant was my favorite - divine. Will be back!
An opinionated friend who swears by Liv brought me here, and I agree everything we shared was great brownie, chocolate chip cookie, cheese sticks, focaccia pizza. Also he got a matcha that they served with a complimentary bite-sized rugelach, and I generally don't like rugelach, but I enjoyed this one.
Pastries are fresh and delicious. Coffee is hot and served with a slice of a wonderful chocolate chip cookie. Sit inside for eclectic vibes and people watching.
Liv Breads in Millburn, NJ is ridiculously amazing. The bread and pastry are always fresh. They have breakfast and lunch sandwiches which are seriously delicious. We have tried numerous breads including the rustic as well as baguets. I will warn you that this place is pretty pricey. I suppose that there is always an up charge for food made right on the premises.
Sometimes I reflect on the small amount of weight I’ve gained the last three years. Was it the whole COVID pandemic? COVID? No, more like Croissants!!! If you need bread, pastries, and just overall delicious carbs stop by this quaint bakery near the art alley of Millburn. They’ve got these giant chocolate almond croissants my partner craves for. My favorites here are the focaccia and the epi baguette. Recently we’ve also tried the rugelach. Around the corner there’s a small coffee shop called Millburn Roasters you should try. Owned by an animated Egyptian dude who knows his coffee. Cheers! Do some cardio!
Got iced latte and mozzarella sandwich mozzarella, spinach and harissa. Delish! The cashier had difficulty understanding orders, but it may be the mask. The servers immediately fixed it when informed. The bakery gets very crowded on days when nearby Starbucks is closed, so there may be a long line. The quality of food and coffee is great! And you support local businesses I also got fudge slice and chocolate croissant. They are amazing.
Love the welcoming feel of this bakery! It was busy when I went but the line moved quickly. The service was friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the nice weather- sipping my coffee and eating a chocolate croissant. Would definitely recommend!
Absolutely fantastic experience, by far the best baked goods I’ve had in the US. I stumbled across Liv via their kiosk at Short Hills, and decided that I needed to visit the mother ship. The croissants are delicious, flaky, buttery, full of flavor. The focaccia is so good I could have eaten it all day long. I look forward to coming back here regularly, cannot recommend highly enough.
