Tried to continue with this doctor for over a year now. They schedule you out MONTHS prior then they call you to let you know there is a scheduling conflict on their end and YOUR appointment is cancelled. You try and reschedule and then that appointment they cancel, yet once again. Had an appointment set 6 months prior for a second HPV shot, they canceled, and won't reschedule. The doctor overall doesn't listen to your issues. She rights it off. Her nurses are rude, and snobby. The billing has always been an issue.She could be a better doctor is I actually was cared for overall.
Very disappointed with how office bills for appointments. Went in for a physical that was covered 100% by insurance. But because my blood pressure reading was elevated the appointment was considered an office visit and I had to pay a co-pay. No advice or medical attention was given to me during the visit for my blood pressure except I was told it was elevated. In my opinion this is a very shady billing process.
