Stayed here for three days and the place is awesome the staff were polite and organized. The cabin was awesome especially the grill and the picnic table and fire pit. The pool and the game room were a hit. It was so close to everything you want to do a short drive to destin and Panama City. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality. Rooms: Perfect and ready when we got there. Nearby activities: Close to anything you needed but still quiet and relaxing. Walkability: Nothing was a far walk in the campground. And shaded by trees it was perfect Food & drinks: They had a snack machine in the game room. The grocery store was maybe 5 minute drive.
We stayed in our RV. RV site nice and plenty of space concrete slabwith picnic table, and all hookups. Beautiful cabins available. Dog parks is large. Staff friendly. Quiet place. Will be definitely go back. Weather was bad during our visit.Service: 5/5
Stayed here many times over past 6 yrs. Great dog run. In top 10% of campgrounds we've visited. Always wanted to stay a couple of extra days.Service: 5/5
Live Oak Landing is an awesome place to stay. We found this place by accident and it is a great place to RV at. Private boat ramp to the intercoastal water way great common areas very quiet and secure. Nearby activities: Private Boat ramp, common area with billard table, pool, personal on site daily, the only thing this resort is missing is a dog wash area...lol but it wouldn't stop me from coming back.
We came over last minute from Pensacola for Thunderbeach Bike Rally. We were booked somewhere else but we needed full bath houses. This popped up and we book. Arrived and the ladies at the front were amazing. Let us come in early and drop so we could travel on to PCB which isn’t a far ride. This park has everything. It’s a complete hidden GEM. The outpost isn’t far from here either! Just a nice location. Go see the waterfalls. It’s a must!
We love the tiny homes, and the prices are reasonable. We just can't see any reason to stay anywhere else. It's a really nice rv park on top of that.Rooms: 5/5
Live Oak Landing is perfect. Not only is the grounds beautiful but the staff is excellent, from the office, to housekeeping, and maintenance. Everyone here is so friendly, helpful, it's more like a big family. We love it here and can't imagine going anywhere else. 5 stars all over! Thank you for all you all do!
Great RV resort. The park is very clean and well maintained. Concrete drive and Concrete sites that are level. The site had a fire ring and they have an option for a firewood delivery when you arrive. The park has a pool, clubhouse, playground, laundry, showers, and riverside area. Boat and kayak rental available on-site. Short drive to some of the best beaches in Florida. Not too far from the tourist areas for dining and shopping.
My girlfriend and I stayed here with our three dogs. The area was quiet and peaceful with pretty good facilities in the cabin, including a washer and dryer in the unit we stayed in. Check-in was easy and the range of people we met pretty wide. I would recommend this place to others.
Nice, clean, but 3 stars because I was a night arrival, and this place is poorly set up for navigating a 44' 5th wheel in the dark. The approach at night is tough because you will drive right past the entrance sign, as it's not visible in the dark. The park sign further into the entrance is lit by very bright lights that shine in your face as you try to navigate around it, and it's blinding. I was on site 67, a back-in, nestled between 2 cabins, with a WiFi pole directly in the way of maneuvering. There is ZERO lighting around this, so I hope you have either a spotter with a flashlight, or you come prepared with some form of lighting. It's a nice park, and I was only there for one night, so I'm sure the rest of it is 4 or 5 stars. Just beware you do not need to arrive here at night.
