Usually wonderful staff.  Today was not that day. Staff member I've never seen was short nearly snappish with her replies to my questions. I left disappointed, and moody after being influenced by her attitude.

Staff is always incredibly helpful, sometimes I've struggled to find specific books locally, but Pines can pull books from all over the state for free. Absolutely brilliant resource that more people should use and contribute to if they can. Thank you all!

It was very nice.  I used the training room.  Staff was very pleasant, professional and personable.

Amazing staff and a great place for kids

The librarians make this library wonderful. They are always smiling, helpful, and quick to offer great book recommendations. My kids and I love the crafts and quirky decor. There are no toys for the kids or in-person story times, likely due to Covid. This is our favorite Chatham co library.

We just moved to the area and came from a city with the most updated library it was new, large variety of books and movies and had lots of kid space. That being said, the Pooler library did not astound me for its' asthetic purposes, but the people that work there are WONDERFUL! I can't wait until they build the new library, and I hope they keep all of their great staff! Thanks Pooler librarians and assistants.

The employees at this library were so incredibly kind and helpful. They made having light conversation enjoyable and you felt very welcomed when you walked in the door. While it is a smaller library, they offer so many different formats to access their resources.

Older lady had a nasty attitude when I was nothing but polite to her. She said in a nasty voice do you have a mask? I said do you provide mask? She said for a dollar. I did not like her tone. There is no current mandate in Pooler requiring mask. Meanwhile they are not sanitizing the computers. SMH

Just went back in this particular library after over 2 years of purposely staying away due to a bad experience with a representative over me attempting to be a friend/nice person and it was took in the wrong concept.  Only went in as I did not expect this particular representative to be working as I did not know they were still working here, also I had a time crunch on getting a document printed as well.

The one person I've encountered there was a lady name Becky. She was very professional and nice. Others never greeted, and beware if you have small children they don't seem too tolerant of kids being kids. The facility was clean and secure, but due to lack of professionalism wouldn't visit this place again.
