The office staff, Iesha was great! Friendly, helpful and really knew her stuff. She went over everything in detail and was so polite. She is a keeper. Unit was a good price and clean.
The folks at Live Oak storage are really nice people who are genuinely concerned about helping you with your storage needs. The facility is clean and has a strong sense of protection for your stored goods. I would highly recommend you speak with any of the ladies working the front desk they are very knowledgeable and helpful and will do their very best to take care of you
I was very impressed with the service that I received at Live Oak storage units. The office was very clean and the office manager was so friendly and helpful. She even carried me out to look at the storage unit before I signed the contract. She also explained everything very well. The grounds are immaculate and are very secure.
I'm a current tenant and I love the security. I never have to worry about my belongings . Management is great and they have actual people on site everyday except Sunday. I rate it 5 stars

A great storage area. My mom has been using Live Oak for about 4 years. We go there from time to time to sort her belongings. Nice people, and well kept storages.

Iesha is so polite and professional. She was extremely helpful and took her time with us in explaining the smart units and showing us how to use the app! The prices are the best around town.
The lady at the front desk was great. While she was doing the paperwork with us for a unit, a customer walked in and was very disrespectful and upset because his key fob was not working. I was impressed with how she conducted herself despite the rude customer.
Ieshia was nice. She explained everything to me as she went over the agreement. It was great!
