This has been one of the best things I've done since entering my "golden years".  Qigong and Kunlun are remarkable experiences wherein you find your center through gentle exercise and breathing technique that anyone can do no matter what age.  I would strongly suggest everyone try these classes as well as the body work that Todd also practices.  Livengood is actually his last name and this man is fully accredited to teach these ancient techniques, unlike others I have worked with in the past.  This person has often commented that anyone can call himself a shaman.  However, one must be chosen to do the work.    Otherwise, this is the cheapest way of getting your head straight in town.  Don't take my word for it....try it....you'll see.      There is talk of an aromatherapy area opening soon if you're into oil massage and hot stone treatment.   I've been going to this place for over four years and can't wait to try the new treatments myself.
