Liverpool Fire Department Inc. is a 100% volunteer organization, serving the Town of Salina and responding to approximately 1800 calls per year.

Description

We are 100% volunteer! Members dedicate their time, training and experience to serve our community. Responding to nearly 2,000 calls per year, the Liverpool Fire Department primarily responds to the Town of Salina, Village of Liverpool, and mutual aid districts. Amongst our call volume is a wide array of calls that range from structure fires, to EMS, car accidents, and water rescues. We operate out of three stations which each house a specialty vehicle/service.

They will save your life and put out a fire but as a past member; the toxic culture makes it not the organization to join if you're looking to get into the fire service or send your college student to live in my opinion. They do life changing work though so bless them for that!
