Purchased furniture for my Remodeled guesthouse in 2019, l called the store yesterday because I just noticed the defects in the wood as well as cracks in the headboard. I’m very disappointed I thought this was quality furniture. The nightstand looks as though a repair was made on the top and the drawer looks warped not closing, It is not the quality I thought I was buying! There are no warranty on materials if you don’t take out the warranty. Had I known I would’ve purchased better quality. My guesthouse is hardly used and I never noticed it before. Unfortunately I will have to live with it! I am extremely disappointed!
Can not share enough how displeased I am with Living Spaces or their customer service. We spent thousands on outdoor furniture and when we chose our delivery option we were only told that the items would be left outside and not assembled. Which I took to mean not put together or arranged how we wanted since we purchased a sectional amongst other things. When it came time for delivery they left what you see in the picture. 8 oversized boxes that I needed to unbox and even worse find a way to dispose of. This was not clearly communicated once and is beyond an inconvenience that a customer spends this much money and can’t even have an item unboxed without spending hundreds more. Flat out ridiculous. If you’re going to spend this much I would suggest you do so elsewhere.
The sales people at this location are friendly and helpful. The furniture looks nice and is fairly priced. I have no grievances with the actual store itself, this review is due to the absolute nightmare of dealing with corporate Living Spaces and their customer service. We ordered a couch and a matching ottoman, and it came with a handful of headaches: ISSUE #1: The couch was delivered with a busted spring, so the couch cushions sit several inches off the edge and there's a horrible squeaking noise when sitting on it. See photo. We called customer service to get resolved, but Living Spaces outsources their repairs to a third party company. This company then called me entirely automated, I didn't have the option to speak to a human and tells me there's no appointments available within the month and WHOOPS, just try again later! Essentially, Living Spaces assigned me homework and made me jump through hoops to coordinate a repair with this other company. After hours of just trying to talk to someone, I'm finally able to schedule an appointment for TWO MONTHS down the road. The day finally comes, and the company calls me and says they'll have to reschedule, as they can't get someone out to suburban Phoenix for THREE MORE WEEKS. So as it stands, we still have a busted couch spring several months after receiving it. ISSUE #2: They delivered the incorrect ottoman with our couch. It was extremely obvious this ottoman was made of different fabric and was a different color than the couch that we bought it was from an entirely different set. See photo. We reached out to Living Spaces customer service, sent pictures of the problem, and SUPRISE SUPRISE they tell us: "Nope, that's the correct ottoman, you're wrong". You would think these customer service reps would immediately recognize that this ottoman came from the incorrect set? Because their customer service over the phone is abysmal, we were forced to drive back out 20 minutes to the store to explain the situation to someone in person - and to their credit, they took care of it once we got to the store and explained it. Although it got taken care of in the end, this also caused months of delays and also hours of our time getting this sorted out. When you're spending such large amounts on new furniture, you have a certain expectation when it comes to quality and customer service; unfortunately, we experience neither with Living Spaces. Throughout the process, customer service reps over the phone treated me with disdain; like I was their adversary rather than I was a customer they were supposed to help. We had to go extremely out of our way to get these problems resolved and one of them is still outstanding. What a frustrating experience.
Omgosh. They were wonderful. The sales guy was helpful without being pushy, the credit department was personable and helpful, and delivery only took 2 days! We love love love our new dining set
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Living Spaces. We purchased our couch this morning after shopping around a few times the past week. Savannah was so informative and really sweet. I can’t remember who helped us today I think Joanne but she was also really helpful. Our couch got delivered tonight less than 12 hours of purchasing! The delivery team was excellent, unpackaged within 10 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We purchased the carefree plan as well and hope that holds up to expectations as everything else has so far!
Found a couple items we, my wife and I, liked on Saturday. Staff was very helpful when we had questions and to clarify items listed on furniture tags. We made our decision on Tuesday and returned to make the purchase. Staff members Lois, very helpful on Saturday, and Linda, walked me through the purchase process on Tuesday, simplified our shopping experience. Wishing we were able to get the items prior to Christmas but won't owe anything until the items are delivered.
This store is amazing! The staff is so friendly. I specifically worked with Ariel and she was great. Found a perfect Purple pillow at a lower cost than anywhere else… and she gave me tons of recommendations for places to go since I just moved here. Loved my experience.
The showroom offers a lot of options and many price points which was nice. The staff are friendly but not intrusive, allowing us to browse on our own. John was awesome, he was friendly and helpful which made the whole buying experience a real joy. Thank you, John, excited to get my new sofa!!
Don’t let this place fool you I was looking forward to this place to be great, but wow it was far from it. The experience in the store was great but the product is cheap and the delivery team is terrible and you can’t call the store directly. Nope you have to drive to the store every time you have a problem . I am going to try and make it short and sweet. Ordered the bed that I wanted. It came to delivery day the headboard was cracked the team didn’t know what to do I told them not I won’t take it take it back. The next day they come to give me a new headboard fine, but the team didn’t want to build the bed fyi I payed for it to be built. They gave me a really hard time told me that they can’t and won’t build it . He calls his supervisor and they tell him he has to build it. THESE PICTURES ARE HOW HE BUILDS IT!! I had to drive all the way to living spaces because calling them is hopeless tell them all of what happened and to return my purchase so I can be DONE with this place.
Always an excellent experience. Charlie helped us find the perfect sleeper sofa to fit our needs and made the check out process quick and seamless. I love that there’s no pressuring here to make a purchase. We’ve bought two couches here and happy with each one, as well as the delivery service.
