Superb personable professionalism .. gave me the blessing of much improved hearing via high quality hearing aid testing and technology. Gratitude! And the amazing receptionist/manager Penny is always top notch attentive to scheduling and paperwork.
I bought my hearing aids 2 years ago so the warranty runs out in November. The rechargeable batteries wore out and the company replace the hearing aids with supposedly a new pair but without a new warranty. You pay between 5 and 6 thousand dollars and they last two years and replaced without new warranty. Apparently they dont even trust their so called U.S. made hearing aids. Package they came in says battery made in China and assembled in Mexico Over priced and dont last. Nothing wrong with the shop I was dealing with except selling this product.
Always great service and Penny, the receptionist, is a wonderful, friendly and personable lady who us always pleasant and helpful!
Staff was great just on thier own time line! I had a 230 appt. But was not seen until 250!!

They have made me a very Satisfied customer and I would Recommend Livingston to everyone. Maria R. and her staff are very good at what they do in every aspect of the Business.

I can hear! I waited a long time to get hearing aids. My friend recommended Maira at Livingston. As a ex-musician and audio engineer I can honestly say I am hearing things in the music I have never heard before. The service was great and the People were very nice. I am totally pleased with my hearing aids.
