The district 9 Fire Department is a small group of volunteers protecting their community and surrounding areas.
Livingston Parish Fire District 9 now has a paid on duty firefighter Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM. Having a firefighter on duty during those hours insures that no emergency will go unanswered while most of our volunteers are at work.
