Lloyd McCoy Community Health Center

Every DENTAL visit I've had with Dr McCord has gone well. It got expensive so I've been shopping around over the years but always end up back at his office. Only problem is he doesn't have enough help to do all procedures. He has done most of my fillings white ones over silver over the years and it's always been a good experience..they are on a sliding scale fee but if you have a decent income the rates are higher than average I'd say.

What a joke of a medical center. My Mercy Health doctor was forced to retire. I was in need of medical necessity. I wanted to go in earlier to get seen. I asked the desk could I get seen before my schedule time. She said no. So I told her to forget about the earlier time. I left the building. This ish canceled my appointment. I feel sorry for people who depend on these types of poor government funded health care. Never again will I call upon Lloyd McCoy for anything. The name of this so called center should be changed. It's a total disrespect of persons whose name is being used for this so called medical center.

Awful practice, very poor service. They won’t refill my heart medication, which I need until the doctor is in. Which is 2 weeks out from now.

They are always on the ball, and they listen to you carefully. They saved my life and caught a heart problem I had which unfortunately, other providers had missed. Very friendly too!

They do not even deserve one star. The lack of professionalism is one thing, but if you work in the Healthcare industry you should at least be able to pretend to have compassion. They did not return multiple phone calls from other Healthcare providers. Too many things to list. Avoid this place at all costs. My husband had surgery and their lack of professionalism and general non caring attitude has put him at major risk for infection or worse.

I really like both the Lloyd McCoy & Warren West OHO locations and I am very appreciative of thier services! I really like both my doctor and dentist and have not had a single issue with any of the office staff in more than 5 years at these offices. My dentist is both gentle and through, and my doctor is attentive and never rushes my needs. Both offices are always clean and well looked after. I highly recommend thier services to anyone in or visiting out area!

Patient care isn't bad, but expect a hr wait. Don't expect them to tell you your insurance isn't excepted either, they will just bill you! And god forbid they send anything over to a new dentist. Waited 3 weeks, called twice and 2 missed appointment for them to send an x-ray and still never sent it. Come on people your playing with peoples lifes !

I’ve been getting some dental work done by Dr. McCord & he’s awesome! Everything is quick & he explains everything very well. I’ve been to a few dentists over the years & he is by far my favorite. The staff are also very friendly & knowledgeable.

Lloyd McCoy medical center in Warren was absolutely fantastic. I put off going to the doctor for a long time and had a laundry list of issues to deal with. Within an hour, I'm finally back on meds for my depression thank god, I have a counseling appointment, I got my first covid vaccine, and I got blood work done to try to figure out what's going on. On top of that, everyone was incredibly nice and friendly and made me feel so comfortable even while talking about difficult topics. Couldn't recommend more. So glad to finally be getting myself taken care of.

The phone wait time at this place is ridiculous Seated in the waiting room, there's only one girl answering phones AND waiting on people at the window. About 3 to 4 girls standing around, talking or looking at phone. I never received products I was supposed to get. Paperwork left at front desk is lost and I could think of a few other things, but no..... Place just needs a bit more order and organization
