We got our flowers and suits through Lloyd's and JFW and every detail was absolutely perfect. Michael took the time to make sure each of our flowers were exactly what we wanted and even took the extra care to ensure that special pieces were incorporated into my bouquet to remember my late mother. Every detail was perfect. Pam was amazing to work with for our suits and made sure we didn't have to lift a finger to organize each suit in our wedding. She made sure that each guy got fitted on time and made sure everything was set well before wedding day. Great place to work with, great quality services, and very reasonable prices.
We had an AMAZING experience with Mike at Lloyd’s Florist. I cannot encourage you enough to trust Mike with your vision for wedding day. You need him on your team. He far exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. I truly consider him a friend and I have seen him do three weddings including my own. He has a unique way to adapt to each bride’s style and I will never stop recommending him.
Lloyds was great to work with. Their prices were reasonable, and Michael went out of his way to accommodate some changes we had as we figured int what we wanted. I also appreciated that they warned me the flower I wanted as the bouquet centerpiece was too fragile. I ended up having a fake flower made and they worked it seamlessly into the bouquet. My centerpieces were gorgeous, even days later! They even stuck an extra flower on our dog’s collar when they came for delivery. I wish I had higher quality photos to add, because everything was stunning. Highly recommend!
Wedding Experience: Staff was extremely aggressive with frequent phone calls before the deposits/measurements were even due. We felt as if their whole business depended on these 6 rental suits. Out of town family in the wedding were not reachable at some point and the staff called hounding the groom again before the deposit/measurements were due. We received the suits and they were as expected from a business operated out of a house… -The jacket smelled like a cigar -Loose strings were hanging around the fly area of the slacks -The shirt was ivory, however it clearly needed to be discontinued due to coloring. Two of us wore our own shirts for the ceremony -The tie required ironing to make it look decent. Resembled cardboard wrapped in fabric I will not, nor will any others involved in this wedding, ever recommend or use Lloyds Florist for anything in the future. The staff turned a simple transaction for a celebration into an absolute headache and pain point for everyone involved. No. Thank you
If I could give this business a zero star I would. My family bought flowers online for a very sick family member. The cost was $100. They literally lookrd nothing like the picture and what's worse, the were wilted and dying. It looked like they had been taking out of the garage. They were that bad. No exaggeration.
Lloyd’s did our flowers for our wedding on 7/17. Everything was so beautiful and exactly what I had wanted!!! Michael and staff are so great to work with and so talented! I highly recommend them!
I'll start this review on a high note. The arrangement that was delivered for my aunt's funeral was very well done and looked beautiful. The designers did a fantastic job and I'm grateful. The low note was the customer service experience, it was nothing short of awful. I called to make my order because I had a special request. I spoke to Kayla, I would recommend she remember to exercise a little patience when dealing with a customer that may be in mourning for a lost loved one. She turned rude quickly during our call because I was not understanding the pricing they use. She could have avoided this with a little explanation. Instead she opted to be short and antagonistic. I will use them again in the future, I'm hoping the owners will work on their employees customer service training.
Go to Lloyd’s if you want great service and beautiful flowers. They provided us with amazing flowers arrangement for a very special occasion.
Very disappointed with the service and one of your workers she has alot of tattoos. I came there and ordered two wrist flowers and a flower for the tux, I got there and his flower was not made so they went to the back and put something together and it had no colors of the color block that I left there so I asked her and she said that is what you paid for so I said that is the price you gave me then she proceeded to tell me to have a good day very rude
Rude customer service. I know today was Valentine’s Day and I ordered the day of but the lady called and was so rude about. “You have two options and I don’t know what to tell you” first off, that’s fine but we are all busy so check your tone before speaking to “customers”.
