Dang. This place is tough. It’s customer service was on point    I definitely one day that I have a nice amount of money in my bank would like to get all of these guys a Starbucks or something    This is literally. Came here awhile back with my brother and now I returned for a small project that needed to be done. Victor helped us with prices and delivery charges and the items were delivered within 30 minutes as promised.  Will be coming back for other projects around the house.

Quick, responsive, and super helpful in helping me plan out how much material I needed to purchase and which materials were the best. Highly recommend. Got everything delivered on time and for a great price.

We purchased $400.00 dollars worth of flag stone for a customer in Manhattan Beach. The woman was 85 years old and when the family decided that the stone would be a trip hazard i aske Load and go if they would let me return the stone. There answer was NO even though it had only been 2 days after purchase. No and no restocking fee! Very bad business do not go there use sepulveda building materials.

I  heard about this place from an employee at my local hardware store and am super glad I did because I don't think I would have discovered it otherwise. Went in this morning to get some decomposed granite. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Delivery was flexible and materials very reasonably priced. Overall experience was 100% positive.

This place is a great location for all You're Stone,  brick, blocks etc. What ever you need , just Talk To Jose Parra. If you need advise, he's the Man to Talk To. He's has 30 years of experience.

This place has terrible customer service the lady and the gentlemen sitting at the counter did not acknowledge me as I stood there for about 5 mins and when I explained wanted they were giving me 101 reasons why it wouldn’t fit in my suv they didn’t even try to help please if you are a woman don’t shop here they seem to only tend to what they’re okay with shame on you

Stop shop around. They have everything and excellent service. Provides good contractors info as well. We used David Hernandez, one of their referrals, and he did great work!
