Visiting family in McMinnville and chose this place for the vegan friendly menu and was NOT disappointed!! Excellent food- we had an Athena and the Diane’s Delight crepes, along with a Sweet Tooth smoothie bowl… and then went back for “kids sized” sweet crepes- The Eiffel and the Sweet V. Everything was delicious and we were stuffed! Great portion sizes and worth the money.  The staff was great- friendly and accommodating! Restroom was clean and outdoor seating was lovely. I don’t write many reviews but I’ve been thinking of this place ever since I left. Go now! You won’t regret it!  *Thank you, Local Flow, for having vegan options!!*  Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options  Dietary restrictions: Easily plant based vegan Gluten Free

My first experience of the Brain Booster smoothie bowl was one for the books. I found the smoothie so tasty and rich, full of flavor with a creamy texture. So I begged my boyfriend to make the drive to McMinnville for a second time because I had to have a second bowl. I was completely disappointed. The presentation was wildly different, far less packed with seeds and fruits, and the base tasted as though it was primarily dominated with ice, like a spinach slushy. Overall my second experience was not one I wished to repeat, and declared that I do not need to revisit Local Flow for my nutrition needs ever again considering I’m not much of a gambler.

This place feels way more inviting and friendly since they have gotten a new owner and staff that actually say hi to you!! Old owner and staff wouldn’t even talk to you. Love what the new owner has done to the placeFood: 5/5

Great drink choices very fresh and delicious food! Absolutely love their crepes which are Celiac safe! Many savory and sweet crepes to choose. My favorite place to eat Friday lunch

Everything is super good and worth the money.However, do not use the online order system. My wife waited an a long time to pick up our food while they made several people orders who came in after her. Just go in to order.

This place is delicious! But unfortunately got charged twice for one bowl I purchased. Called and was told it was being investigated but kept calling back and no update whatsoever, it’s been about a month. Didn’t want to make a huge deal over $9, but it’s still not right. If you go here, just ensure you check your bank statement after!

Locally own buisness. The owner and her family were extremely nice and kind. The smoothies/smoothie bowls were amazing!

Delicious food and smoothies! Friendly staff.
