Well if you need a key, a safe or something along those lines this is the place to go. They went out of their way to make a key for me which had been difficult to find a blank for. I really appreciate their hard work.
Called to see if the could pick lock for a toolbox that I had miss placed the keys for. They said yes. So I drove over and within 10 minutes they had unlocked it. Thanks so much!
Ridiculously expensive. The wanted $95 for a copy of a plain key. Went to Walmart got the perfect copy for $2.50
Very fast and don't cost you a arm and a leg.
While I did not ask for emergency mobile service, I did visit the store earlier today. I had called various locksmiths in East Texas searching for a certain Hudson key for a copy. Each time, I struck out. That is until a locksmith referred me to Lock Doc. As I entered the shop, I noticed an extremely robust key selection aligned perfectly on the back wall. A selection that finally provided my Hudson key copy. The team is busy, but for sure, total professionals. If you are in search of a specific key, give Lock Doc a call.
Called for service and was told they’re completely booked; no one available???? You a lock smith what could possibly be going on in such a small town that’s got you booked up??…. I’m guessing he didn’t like the sound of my voice…That’ll do it! You ain’t got to worry about me.
I called a competitor and they were an hour out. These guys will be my first call next time. They were there before my burger arrived!
Awful mobile/web experience. The tech never confirmed, and honestly if someone is really in a bind and needs an unlock it's okay if it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get there, but it's not okay to leave someone hanging and not have a clear idea of whether or not someone is coming. I could literally track my tech when I finally gave up and went to pop a lock website.
Excellent service. Just priced too high. I was told one price over the phone and it was $5 higher when the guy came. Took literally 5 seconds to unlock my vehicle. $45 would be fair instead of$65.
