These guys are so good! Fast, efficient, smart. They made things happen quickly too which is what you want from a locksmith. I am so impressed with them!

The keys made were way over priced. I’ve had other keys made the quarter of the price. Very disappointing. Will not go back.

This place has been in business for years under the radar, I guess. Why do I ask? Because there's just one review and this locksmith is by far the best I've come across. I recently moved into an old apartment with my wife and newborn, so obviously security is pretty important to me. One of the deadbolts on my door is a Mul-T-Lock; a bloody expensive high end lock. Problem is that it's seized up after years of neglect and only works once in awhile with the key. I've already been locked out accidentally because of this. But replacing them is a huge expensive hassle this brand is distributor specific with only one master key per distributor. Long story short, I wasn't able to remove it. After hours of research i learned how it could be done and lo' and behold, there's a locksmith nearby at Denman Place. I walked in expecting nothing and met Ranka?, a lovely lade who not only explained to me how to remove it, but also lent me the proper allen keys one of which was customized to try it out. I didn't ask for the keys; she just offered and said bring it back the next day. No strings attached. I went home and after about an hour of fidgeting, I got it done with the customized key! Brought the lock back to show her and return the keys within the same day. So there's a hole in the door and she tells me I'm free to buy the deadbolt to fill the hole from anywhere; there's no obligation to buy from her. Nope..I bought a new deadbolt from her for a reasonable price and she keyed it to fit my existing key pattern. That kind of service is worthy of repeat service. This place has earned a new loyal customer. Really good place to deal with.

Always a pleasure to come here if I have any lock issues. There is a laid back - but very professional - atmosphere. First on my list!!

I went to this shop with my 2 years old daughter. While waiting about 20 mins my daughter was a little upset so i let her walk around a little bit. -My daughter touched the yellow paper sheet holding the price and broke it. -The man very upset tells me he have to print an other one -I tell my daughter that we don't do this. -I apologies to him and tell him that i can pay for it and she wont do it again. I wait an other 5 min holding my daughter and my daughter cries she want to move so I let her walk & tell her not to touch the paper & be nice. - As soon as she approach the area the man Screams a big NO to my daughter & she havent touch anything because i was making sure she would be nice! -I felt very upset because no one has the right to scream at a child for nothing and scare them. but i didnt say anything. - The man say to me to "CONTROL MY CHILD ! " then I just left ! This man don't deserve customer. Dont go there if you expect to be treaten with respect !!!
